Aldi’s flowers last much longer than these

Was sent a bouquet from an elderly friend after helping her out, very generous her as she hasn’t a lot of money
These flowers were delivered and a few of them were already past their sell by date! I did nothing about it as I was touched my friend had been so generous.
Literally 5 days later over half of the bouquet was dead and had to be discarded.
Prestige customer service answered when I complained that “as per company policy ” I would have needed to complain before 3 days were up to get any replacement.
Would never recommend this company at all and the £10 voucher they offered against another bouquet!! As if….‍️

Another company taking the “P” out of the NHS

Would have given no stars if I could!
What happened to the efficient NELFT site, I used to easily book an appointment within a week or two, then would check the site regularly and usually get a much quicker appointment ( probably a cancellation) no chance of that now just a very confusing system and seems a 3 week wait is usual 😡
Wonder how much this is costing the NHS letting this company run this system

Foldaway desk

Foldaway desk , easy to put together, did find if I didn’t get the screw properly in the right place the white coating on the wood cracked quite a lot. Couple of little chips in areas but not too noticeable. A good buy for a reasonable price

Very dirty car returned to us ( had been cleaned before we left it )

Although the drop off n pick up went smoothly
Our car was absolutely covered in dust and dirt, where on earth do they leave these cars. We have used meet and greet before but never had our car come back in such a state!!
Btw it was called cheap airport parking , compare the airport parking
I’ve used purple parking and ones like that but it’s hard to know “who is who”

I started the process of cashing in my pensions on 3rd Feb this year and was assure everything would go through quickly once I’d sent the relevant paperwork.
Biggest problem is getting them to reply to my email instead of just getting a ticket number informing they’ll get back to you but never do ! I would just like some news on how it’s all going and date to settle 🙄🙄 Very frustrating 😡

Caffe concerto Westfield Stratford

I emailed Cafe Concerto the following and have not had any further comments so thought I’d try this avenue !

Always had in the past a lovely meal and indeed have reviewed positively, however on this occasion I was very disappointed. Started with calamari when it was served I queried that the menu said curls of carrot and courgette and these were absent , the waiter I think said there wasn’t any.
I had then ordered grilled sea bass and I can honestly say I have never been served such a thin and dry piece of fish. It certainly was not grilled and appeared to be fried the potatoes were hard and I just didn’t finish or enjoy the meal.
I did not mention to the waiter as one of the friends with me I hadn’t seen for some years and did not want to detract from our get together.

What an absolute shambles 😡 dart charge…

What an absolute shambles 😡 dart charge have taken £10 out of my account despite there being £24 in it and the agreement I have with them is if the account goes below £10 they then take £10 . To me this is a fraudulent act
Just trying to talk to someone from customer service it’s absolutely appalling I could not understand the agent and he could totally not get what I was trying to report
Someone should be looking into this shambolic organisation . It definitely was not like this when I opened the account

Very frustrating website I have spent literally hours just trying to look at availability only to keep having to sign in at every step. Each time you press something you like it asks you to sign in again totally p***** with it so very annoying that I just gove up 🤷‍♀️🙄

Absolutely brilliant customer service

Both my online chat and then phone chat was met with very efficient, friendly and helpful agents . So refreshing not having to hang on for hours and many questions which often lead nowhere with other companies I’ve dealt with
Not that way at all with Fitbit! They should be commended for their great staff who very quickly sorted my problem, each step of the enquiry was met with clear precise and understandable instructions and resolution to the problem was dealt with easily and to my complete satisfaction 😊

Not happy have just spent 2 hours on…

Not happy have just spent 2 hours on live chat ( what a joke) was told the voucher which I had to pay £9 more for , apparently since buying the voucher the price of this experience had gone up🤷‍♀️ . Three times I was told that the email voucher had been sent to me and despite searching spam too nothing ever came. I was helped in the end but again the email has not come I only have the details on a photo which I had to take from the live chat.
Please bring back real customer service that enables a phone call to someone! Surely less frustrating for your customers ( of which I will never be again, too much frustration trying to get a simple email 🙄)

My order returned to Wilco's at their request!!

My order was in the DHL warehouse and for some reason was called back by yourselves. I had paid the postage and for the item so feel I was robbed really how can you call back someone else’s property?
I have since been in touch with several areas of both DHL and Wilco’s to no avail . Very disappointed

My parcel was at the depo on the ( th august due to be delivered on 10th august I then receive a message to say my parcel had been sent back and to get in touch with the company ( Wilco’s) despite the package and postage having been paid for Surely this is illegal as it’s my name and address on the package their duty would be to deliver it to me
