TUI being more transparent

I've booked a holiday with TUI, but was not aware of the 24 hour cancellation period, which personally I think is rather bad. Contacted yourselves, wanted to cancel,but was told we loose the money because we didn't react within the 24 hour period because we're with a different airline booked through TUI. So we have decided to go ahead with the holiday with an airline that has got damming reviews. I am actually very anxious about going on holiday instead of being happy about going on holiday. Hopefully we'll enjoy, the other alternative is to loose nearly £500.

When a package includes flights with a third-party airline, we do clearly state before booking that both TUI’s and the airline’s Terms & Conditions will apply. The 24-hour cancellation window is in place for many of our holidays, but with third-party airlines, different policies can apply depending on the airline’s own terms. That’s why we always encourage customers to carefully review the details before confirming a booking, to ensure they’re fully happy with what’s included.

We understand that reading negative reviews can be unsettling, but please rest assured that we only work with reputable airline partners who meet the same rigorous safety and operational standards as our own award-winning TUI Airways. Our aim is to give you more flexibility when choosing your holiday – whether it’s the destination, travel dates, or flight times.

We genuinely hope that once your holiday begins, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy every moment. If there’s anything you need while you’re away, our team will be available 24/7 through the TUI app or by phone to help support you.

Very misleading

They fail to tell you the last coin of your collection is going to cost more than the collection itself, meaning you don't get a full collection.
Fraudulent, misleading and very dishonest, shame on you London mint office.
I have just paid the last installment of a collection that's not complete.
They don't tell you this until you have almost finished collection, well too late to send back then isn't it
