Review of Swiftqueue

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Swiftqueue should be prosecuted under…

Swiftqueue should be prosecuted under the Trades Description Act. "Swift" it is not. NHS has given Swiftqueue a monopoly over booking appointments ( I believe?) . This should be presented to the Monopolies Commission ( renamed to Competition and Markets Authority CMA) After being given an appointment in 2 weeks time for a blood test, it has been "rescheduled" for a further 2 weeks. So a total of one month's wait for a blood test ordered by my GP. No explanation is given for the rescheduling. There is no channel of communication available to speak/email Swiftqueue to ask... a) why an initial wait time of 2 weeks for a routine blood test ( it used to be a walk in service, with waiting time average 20 mins max ) and ....b) why does a scheduled appt. need to be rescheduled? How can Swiftqueue be made accountable ? Are we funders of the NHS not entitled to see the Terms of Engagement / Service that Swiftqueue is required to provide?

Review of The Singing Zone

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Much ado about nothing

Much ado about nothing. The " spiel" for The Singing Zone Master Session is typical snake oil salesman....
(Quote from the Promo Ad )
"
If you haven't yet had the opportunity to experience Per Bristow's breakthrough "Kinesthetic Awareness" and "Muscle Isolation" training that singers all over the world have called "revolutionary"...

...then join this special 70-min deep-dive session from the comfort of your own home for only $7!

Experience for yourself the effective strategies to, for example...

...overcome a voice problem, release hidden tension, effectively develop strength, endurance, range, resonance, and much much more... "

I thought ok it's only $7 but it's still irritating to pay for what turns out to be an advertorial telling you what you expected to learn for your $7 is available on another course for $147.

Save $7 and scroll past Per Bristow's bullsh*t

Their google listing says it's a free service to convert pdf to xls but when I used it, they demanded a payment. I tried to email them using their support email address provided and the result was 404. not found. They seem to collect email addresses first, and then ask for payments.

Review of Warwick Estates

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Disgraceful conflict of Interest

The chairman of our Management Company appointed Warwick Estates with whom he shares business relations in 4 other companies. The chairman is landlord of at least 8 properties on our estate. The chairman does not live on the estate. One of his properties is the flat across a common hallway on the second floor. The tenant uses this hallway as a personal storage area, with an array of smelly trainers, an electric bike and sometimes a black plastic bag full of kitchen waste and soiled cat litter, left in the hallway until the tenant has to go out rather than keeping it in the flat or taking it down to the external bins straight away. Imagine the sight that greets me when I open my front door, or am returning to my home to have to pass this squalid hallway. It is said "An Englishman's home is his castle" NOT if Warwick Estates is involved because Warwick Estates is beholden to this chairman for being given the contract, they treat this tenant with kid gloves, like a scared cow, permitted to do as they like. The property Manager has even warned the tenant when a site inspection was due so that they could hide the electric bike in the flat till the inspection was over, and then they wheeled it out again. This isn't hearsay, I have a video recording of the entire event from my door cam. As Warwick are unable to challenge the chairman's tenant, I asked the Fire Dept to inspect the hallway for fire risk. When the Fire Dept investigation team arrived, the tenant yelled at them to "F off". I sent the video of this to Warwick Estates. They did nothing. In short, Warwick Estates and the chairman of the Mgmt Company are in cahoots, acting in a disgraceful illegal conflict of interest, depriving me of the right to enjoy my home accessed via a neutral clean hallway, a matter which I am pursuing with tireless determination

Review of RingGo - The UK Pay by Phone Parking App

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

"Location not recognised" fault in RingGo pay by phone

I parked at a bay operated by the RingGo pay by phone system. I followed the instructions on the parking sign. ie. I phoned their number and provided my car details which were confirmed correctly by the phone robot. I then entered the location code and the robot replied "Location not recognised please enter the 4 or 5 digit code displayed on the sign " I repeated this 4 times and each time the same error message, so I gave up. As I had reported my car details and the parking location, I was happy that I could make a payment by some other means and went to the meeting I had to attend. I got a PCN. I appealed it with the LB of Richmond Upon Thames and they rejected it saying RingGO confirm there were no reported faults on that day. I appealed to the London Tribunals and showed them the 700+ complaints against RingGo on Trust Pilot, and they disregarded them. So I have paid forced to pay £110 because RingGo's system failed. No alternative method of payment was available at the location. I intend to take LB of Richmond Upon Thames to Court. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Review of Toolstation

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Toolstation used EVRI for in-house delivery. Mistake !

The item I ordered was on the basis that it will be available next business day for collection. I assumed it would be delivered from a main warehouse to the branch by Toolstation. Instead I got a note from EVRI that they are delivering it to the branch, Had I been aware of that I would not have placed the order. EVRI is an awful courier and I speak from personal experience. So the item was not available for collection next business day but instead the classic EVRI excuse "its on its way " but no actual info. This is particularly galling as the ordered item is a switch I need to reconnect my night storage heater, and as you know we are in freezing weather at the moment and I haven't got heating for another night. Toolstation is a great supplier whom I use often. It's not a complaint about them but EVRI
