Worst lying & theft from a company in…

Worst lying & theft from a company in 44yrs of life! Sent 3 boxes with 2 items in each (6 items total) back at end of April, according to tracking was delivered 06-05-2025 yet on received refund on 08-05-2025 of one box/2 items yet tracking shows ALL delivered same date, time & place. Today, 10 days later was told not received all at same time! Was so confusing, blamed warehouse, couriers etc etc etc! Still asking me to wait even more which was shocking the audacity! Absolutely stunned!

Hotpoint is dead to me

Hotpoint is dead to me! Order new washing machine door 23/04 for £200+, arrived evening of 24/04 broken due to scrunched brown paper as protection, rang 25/04 AM & via email stated would be ‘tomorrow’ so 26/04 yet nothing. Customer service open on weekend BUT zero access to system & parts CLOSED during weekend! This morning rang & was told the excuse that had no stock (on site & Friday verbally had stock that given new order number) so will now arrive tomorrow Tuesday/Wednesday & classed as URGENT! WTAFF?!? Requested full refund & had to fight for it in writing that even Josh (same individual that for him on Friday tomorrow is Tuesday/Wednesday NOT SATURDAY) put phone down on me & used excuse was cut off when rang from different number! Cannot even make a formal complaint as impossible & make it extremely difficult! Now, on Thursday will receive NEW Bosch on for only £179 more than the cost of the initial replacement door! Stay away, please! Save yourself the headaches! What’s worse, PHYSICALLY DISABLED WITH SEVERELY DISABLING STRESS RELATED DISEASE! They only want your money, not provide decent service

Physically disabled individual rang 63 times before answered the phone, then had the audacity to access my medical information without permission stating didn’t understand me (speak perfect English so did he) then had the audacity to speak to me in a condescending attitude when called him out! I’m disabled, NOT stupid

Shockingly delusional

Shockingly delusional. Supposed to get delivery yesterday, supposedly attempted although today admitted never did, left it a mile away & expected a disabled wheelchair user go & pick it up which where driver actually delivered to. Property CCTV shows zero attempt or even vehicle on road all day. Consumer & Disability Rights Acts are laws protecting us. Stay away

Stay away for own mental health. Incompetent company that cannot even maintain an app to adequate working standard that contact having to be made by other means to simply provide monthly metre reading. Customer service also shockingly inadequate level. Love reverse psychology putting issues always onto customer problem, incapable of self criticism.

Stay away for own mental health

When you contact on 18/10 & answer to today all for respecting my responsibilities yet give a metre reading for an up to date bill takes 11 days! To have a resolution spent an hour waiting for it to be answered only for it to take less than 2 minutes! Incompetence is adequate in this company.

Stay away for own sanity!

Hermes was horrendous but regardless of name change business practices as still incompetent & not fit for purpose. As a physically disabled individual they have left me hanging not just delivering to a property which is one of 8000+ yet expect me to knock on all doors! Yet Royal Mail delivers to my door perfectly but staff must be blind as all around block names specified yet Megan Court easily confused 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Useless, totally useless!

Customer services is absolutely atrocious. Get more sense talking to nursery children in particular Sabrina S! Actually steals wage does not earn. Disrespect, belittling & minimisations of a customer is absolutely shocking

Contacts customers to make a review even providing direct link instead of actually doing the job actually paid to do which is dealing with customers queries, customer service, not expecting customers to waste more time & precious energy (disabled) on describing the incompetence they possess. Why they feel the need to waste time disturbing customers for own benefit is another example of level of ignorance of the company. Wanted a review, Done!

Stay away

Stay away. Four times have now come to my home & all times prior clearly stated AM SEVERELY PHYSICALLY DISABLED therefore PPE must be worn as home sterile area. All times came with 1)no mask 2)no gloves 3)even not top just shorts 4)no appointment! All times also received correspondence from landlord stating PPE. Stay away, dangerous, unprofessional & incompetent behaviour all round. Part of British Gas therefore STAY AWAY FROM BOTH

Incompetence

Absolutely atrocious company incapable of training staff to adequately prior to taking customers money & giving them a product 1)not as they described 2)not what asked for & 3)not wanted disrespecting customers Consumer Rights as stated in the Act. When complained to a manager her response shows pure incompetence when she made it personal stating “you just don’t like her” when never seen her outside individuals professional capacity but clear example of even manager/supervisor has zero training ignoring my statement of having to throw away 3 products this week at £3 at a time. I am a disabled consumer where money cannot be wasted!!!!

Disabled individual

Disabled individual, gas safety check ‘worker/employee/individual’ was on the phone to ask for boiler legal specifications, didn’t know how to increase boiler pressure & when I showed him couldn’t diagnose the problem therefore have gas safety certificate which is illegal & not signed by individual but signed the document individual on other end of phone......will repeat, AM PHYSICALLY DISABLED & Terrified for my health & safety yet they & landlord ignore me......STAY AWAY
