Hotpoint is dead to me
Hotpoint is dead to me! Order new washing machine door 23/04 for £200+, arrived evening of 24/04 broken due to scrunched brown paper as protection, rang 25/04 AM & via email stated would be ‘tomorrow’ so 26/04 yet nothing. Customer service open on weekend BUT zero access to system & parts CLOSED during weekend! This morning rang & was told the excuse that had no stock (on site & Friday verbally had stock that given new order number) so will now arrive tomorrow Tuesday/Wednesday & classed as URGENT! WTAFF?!? Requested full refund & had to fight for it in writing that even Josh (same individual that for him on Friday tomorrow is Tuesday/Wednesday NOT SATURDAY) put phone down on me & used excuse was cut off when rang from different number! Cannot even make a formal complaint as impossible & make it extremely difficult! Now, on Thursday will receive NEW Bosch on for only £179 more than the cost of the initial replacement door! Stay away, please! Save yourself the headaches! What’s worse, PHYSICALLY DISABLED WITH SEVERELY DISABLING STRESS RELATED DISEASE! They only want your money, not provide decent service
