I would give them a minus star rating of 5......ie utterly useless poorly designed.I could not reschedule an appointment....the system simply did not work.A waste of NHS money and patient time.

It was extremely difficult and unsatisfactory trying to do the booking, the website was far from clear & we spent a lot of time going round in circles. It was a pain
