Whose brilliant idea was it to introduce this new system to book a blood test! I was so frustrated, firstly the online booking system is useless, you do not get a good choice of local places, when you do, it's take this one appointment offered, or too bad, even if it is weeks' in advance. Then when I decided to phone, even though I was 19 in queue, it took over one and a quarter hour's for someone to answer, only to be tol
d nearest place I could get a test would be in a few weeks' time. I am elderly and feel very sorry for those who cannot access the internet and then have to wait ages to speak to an advisor. I thought the idea being, that it should be easier to access NHS services! A time back I would access a website, be given a bigger choice i.e.surgeries, clinics etc.and choice of days' and times. Also where is the consideration for those who disabilities do not allow them to travel further afield. People will give up trying to get an appointment and end up with worsening health issues.I hope that Wes Streeting reads these reviews!

My feedback is for the Manager and staff at my local Sainsbury's local store in Gants Hill Essex. Always greeted by friendly and helpful staff who go that extra mile to offer assistance. As a nice surprise I was handed a nice Xmas gift on my exit which I thought was a nice thoughtful gesture. Thank you.

I am a relatively new customer with Ocado. I am very satisfied with the standard of delivery. I like the personal touch being kept 'in the loop'as to the name and reg.of driver. My deliveries have been within the allotted time. The drivers' have been first class,polite.helpful,friendly and respectful. I have no hesitation in recommending Ocado.

I had a visit today from engineer Mark. I received excellent service from him He was able to give me a very detailed explanation to my questions and was of great assistance. Mark was friendly and patient. Having said this,on the downside, a friend had his booked service cancelled twice being told the engineer was sick(first time he waited in from 8 until 12.00 and received a call at 11.55 to cancel visit). Also it takes far too long to get connected to advisor at Swale.

Following the purchase of my A53 phone I called in at the mobile shop in Westfield Stratford to ask several questions relating to various functions. I saw Jonathon who was very helpful,friendly and patient. I am slightly technically challenged and found him most understanding.
