Terrible quality – broke after one wear
I bought the Tony Bianco Sakai Slingback Pumps from Revolve as a gift for my girlfriend, and the quality is honestly shocking. She wore them for the first time and one of the straps instantly became loose, making the shoe slip off her foot. On top of that, part of the sole actually broke, with a metal piece sticking out underneath.
For such an expensive pair of shoes, this is completely unacceptable. We expected far better quality control. I’ve contacted Revolve for a refund or replacement, but I’m really disappointed that something at this price point could fall apart after just one wear.

I’ve been helped through text by two different representatives (Yvette & Jap aka Japet) and my experience with both of them was amazing! They were both extremely kind, caring, and helpful! Literally they are super wonderful! I definitely feel like their support team is chefs kiss, it makes me want to keep shopping with Revolve, I recommend reaching out to their team through text if you need any assistance they go above and beyond!

Revolve received my return totalling £488 on the 06/08 to their UK warehouse. It is now 30/09 and still NO REFUND. I used the Royal Mail label that they provided and the tracking shows delivered. They are claiming they cannot locate my return and are point blank refusing to refund me until they do! This is ILLEGAL in the UK. I should have received my refund no later than 14 days after it was delivered. I’m taking them to court to get my money back after months of back and forth and extreme emotional stress.

Revolve stated that there was a problem with PayPal verification. Rejected the order. Not once, but three times. My PayPal account is 18 years old and never had a problem before. I tried a credit card. Revolve stores the credit card on their system, appears to be no way to delete. Same problem. Credit card from major bank, never had a problem before. Revolve did not try to fix the problem, just emailed nonsense asking for verification to be completed on PayPal and credit card.
Ordered one white halter neck dress…
Ordered one white halter neck dress from Revolve. The only good thing that it got delivered in 2-3 days.
For a dress that cost me close to S$350, it was such a horrible fit! It’s not even a size larger, everything about the fit was wrong. The waist and hips were completely fine but the back was completely off. I had to spend an additional S$100 on alteration to get it fixed. Even then it’s not a neat look. Totally spoilt my experience and I had no time to return it and get another one. And given the fit, I wasn’t sure any other piece would be half decent. Will be my last purchase from their website for sure.

I love Revolve! They ship my orders and quickly and returns are so easy! They also have a great selection and excellent customer service!
Norwegian customers – stay away from Revolve!
I want to warn everyone in Norway from the bottom of my heart: do not shop at Revolve.
I ordered shoes (2391 NOK), but when I tried to return them I discovered that Revolve does not cover international return shipping. The return cost with UPS from Norway to the US was 1220 NOK – more than half the value of the item!
On top of that, Posten/Bring will not even accept returns to the USA due to customs changes. This means you risk:
Spending a lot of time fighting with shipping companies and customs
Paying more than you get back
Ending up with items that are impossible to return, even if they are unused
This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I feel that Revolve should clearly warn international customers (especially in Norway) about the true cost and risks of returns before they order.
Please learn from my mistake and avoid this store if you live in Norway.

Was just returning an item and think it must have gotten lost or something or not been entered properly I dont know, but when enquiring about what to do about it, Kristel just processed an early refund regardless.
To be fair is the 1st time having problems with a return so could be that lol.

Amazing customer service, I ordered trainers in the wrong size (my mistake due to conversion from uk sizing) when they arrived I called up the most friendly and helpful colleague talked me through to make sure we reordered the correct size and emailed a QR code to return the original pair. The new pair arrived within a day and were perfect. Very helpful and efficient would highly recommend haven’t had such a high level of customer service in a long time

I have reported REVOLVE to the FTC's Fraud Department, as they are engaging in completely unethical business practices. First, they requested a photo image of the front and back of our daughter's credit card, as well as a photo image of her government-issued ID, to verify a purchase. How can a company ask for such sensitive information that can steal your identity?? After five phone calls to their customer service trying to get our order verified, it ultimately came back to them wanting a photo of her cc and ID, which we were not going to do. We canceled the order and never received a refund.

I ordered a ridiculously expensive pair of pants from REVOLVE’s website and received a defective item with obviously crooked stitching. I initiated a return, and hopefully the process goes smoothly, but I cannot recommend buying from their website. They are not reliable, and some of their products are faulty.

This is a large and reputable web site, so surprised at the negative reviews. I have purchased numerous times, and never had issues with receiving or returning. Great customer service. The reason for my rating instead of 5 stars is that I find that the items always look terrible in person and nothing like on the site, very cheap and poor fitting, despite always being expensive. This is not typical for me, because I am petite with an hourglass frame and usually find that nice pieces look great on me. I have placed a handful of orders and returned every single one, so I have stopped placing orders. However, If I was to find a brand that I liked the quality and fit of, I would probably have a better experience.
Only concern is with edited reviews.
Purchasing experience has been good so far, no complaints. Fast shipping and no issues with orders.
However, I wanted to go ahead and post a review of my purchase, which I did, only to check sometime later and noticed that it had been FULLY edited. My name was unchanged, but none of my initial words have been saved. I gave the item 4 stars and they also changed that to 5 stars. I posted it via the app on the 14th but they put an earlier date under it to throw me off? But it's still my name on the headline so, it'd be too much of a 'coincidence'.
Might not seem like a big issue, but I took some of MY time to write something that could be helpful to others. I felt robbed of my own voice and opinion, like I was being erased. This is a bad business practice and should be called out, I took screenshots and have proof.
Basically the reviews have no point if they'll all be edited.
Potential customers, please keep that in mind and save yourself the trouble about reading/writing reviews on there. There is no way to edit/delete reviews afterwards so I reached out to them. Customer service was helpful and agreed to delete said 'fake' review on my behalf. I should be receiving a follow up on that soon. Whether or not they do actually delete it and fix it, it still needs to be mentioned. The call was recorded and I hope they address the issue.

Return process / updates are non existent to very slow. Customer service is very responsive, but don’t seem to have much influence over the return process. Delivery was very quick tho.
