The customer service is awful. I have been buying adanola for years because I love some styles from them but this doesnt change at all. They are helpless, not generous at all. The awards club is a lie because you cant add previous orders, you have to use the codes within a month, you cant use different codes.. horrible really.

The item is out of everything I wanted. Huge and heavy. The customer service is awful. The return policy is terrible! You have to pay all and you dont get any money back, just credit for the store. Dont recommend at all!
The customer service is AWFUL. I have experienced it in the past and now again. I wore a pair of pants that I loved but once cleaned even more carefully than the instructions they say, it has shrank a lot! Look ridiculous now. I said about this but because it was more than 6 months they dont refund nor replace. I asked to get at least a price match from End store that was way cheaper and they said no, only sent a 15% discount. Its incredible, really.

Awful customer service and managing. I contacted them a day after they suddenly sttoped the 20% codes. I was going to a country where they deliver and I was waiting to make the purchase. I asked to please offer me the code. They said no. I contacted like 10 people working in that company. NOBODY ANSWERED! Theyve been having always influencer codes that help you make such a big purchase. Now all those are 10% only! Im thinking to buy other brand

Really bad customer service. Took more than 10 days to be delivered within the same country. I asked about this and to be refunded the 7€ of shipping I had to pay. They started with different excuses just to avoid to pay it. Finally the order came in a bottle with their sticker, not an official one. I cant know if this is original or no. They say it is but they can say whatever I dont have any assurance. I asked about this also and they havent even had the small gesture to at least refund me the shipping cost or some small detail. Nothing. You buy expensive perfumes in a service that doesnt feel luxurious at all. I had experiences with perfume niche brands which were marvellous! This wasnt it. Do not recommend.

I love that they offer things in europe we cant really get anywhere else. I have bought a lot of times and had always a really good customer service but they last so much in getting the returns. I have waited more than a month for my order to be refunded and they dont take responsability. They make you sign a "lost package" document where says that if this happens again they wont refund you anymore. Its incredible how they put the responsability to the client. Not any company I have bought from has done this to me. So I dont recommend buying here.
I buy acai from them which I love. But the stock situation is horrible. They sold out easily. They tell you when will they come. You wait for weeks and then it doesnt come when they say. You cant ever buy all you want at same time avoiding shipping costs because theres always something sold out. I ask about this and they say they cant know when are back in stock for sure. How you cant be so unserious about that? Its so frustrating
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I sent million emails asking for questions about return costs which they dont say in their website, asking about fit of the product, which they dont show in their website, and have gotten NO ANSWER. Its incredible a brand like this has this poor service.
Customer service is awful. I am an european customer who has spent hundreds of euros in their store in the last months. Now customs are included but not before. So I had a bigger effort myself to buy on their store. I have found a lot of codes of 25% that dont work once I put the email. They say they are related to specific emails. I asked if they could give me some as I havent ever got any nice gesture discount from them. No answer. I had to find a manager email to try to get an answer. She wasnt helpful anyway. I checked the piece I wanted to get it anyway and it was 10euros more expensive now! In less than couple weeks they increased the price without saying! Incredible! I asked lastly to please be refunded this difference. NO ANSWER. I love their clothes but this makes not wanting to buy from them due to the lack of nice gestures to loyal customers. Such a shame.

Es una empresa que tiene productos que no se pueden encontrar normalmente en otros sitios. Si les pides que te igualen el precio con otro sitio que lo tiene mas barato lo hacen porque normalmente sus precios originales son siempre mas caros que en otros sitios. Pero, el mayor pero de esta empresa y por lo que me hace no comprar mucho mas en ella, es su politica de devolucion. Tardan MUCHISIMO en devolverte el dinero. Yo casi siempre tengo que estar semanas contactando con ellos para que me hagan la devolucion. Puede llegar a un mes de espera y son compras normalmente caras. Muy pocas empresas duran tanto en devolverte. Antes tenian la opcion de Klarna que ayudaba en estos caso, ahora ya ni eso.

Super high shipping rates, they dont offer any discount for subscription or first order to help you face these costs. Also, customer service is basically inexistance as they dont make any effort to help you.

Bad customer service. I had to pay for shipping and it arrived late. 5 euros of shipping. I asked to be refunded and they said no. Its such a small thing for them and they would look really good so Id feel to buy another time. But their negation made me feel they dont care so i wont buy anymore nor id recommend them.
The prodyucts I do like. I am not a professional so Idk if theyre good quality or no, but they do feel and I am happy with them. But the customer service is awful! Well, is basically non existant. I buy from out of UK and ask some photos of the real color as I am buying online and have to pay customs. Their answer is no, sorry. No effort at all to be nice to clients or to try and sell their products. That makes me no buy anymore with them even though I like the products. Do companies dont understand customer service is as important as the quality of the products or services they sell?

They have cute pieces you cant really find anywhere else but the customer service is one of the worst I have faced. I have tried to contact every manager in the past about a discount code through emails, as the general customer service doesnt care at all. No one answered. Now they have an extra 20% off on sale. I got a dress on sale couple days before the extra 20 started. I didnt even got my order so I asked to match the price and refund me the differencd. They said no. I had the same issue during the same time with Alo and they answer me right away and refund me the difference of sale. Its such a small gesture for the company and a big one for the customer. Even more when the customer is international and is paying customs and duties. I am making an extra effort to get their products and they cant be an extra nice to their client. Completely useless to contact the customer service. I would love to order again as the pieces are cute but I dont feel anymore.
