I am British but based in Italy and was shopping for an occasion dress when I decided to try Revolve for the first time as I was impressed with their inclusive prices (no extra customs/taxes), free delivery and returns. I had to call their customer services a couple of times as I had an issue with my bank authorising the payment (not Revolve's fault) and each time they answered the phone quickly and were friendly and helpful.

Delivery was quick and reliable through FedEx. I didn't end up keeping any of the dresses because they were too big (my fault for ordering the wrong size) but returning was easy with a preprepared returns label provided my Revolve. I'll definitely order from them again!

I've placed a couple of orders with Pick and Mix.com now and both have been great! On this occasion, I needed to change my delivery from 2nd class to 1st class so I contacted them and found their customer service to be great - really helpful and responsive and I received my order for when I needed it. The sweets are really tasty and fresh, much better than what you find in the supermarket!
