Refund Handling

I ordered a dress from Meshki and unfortunately received it with defects. I contacted customer service and Danise kindly offered me a free return with a full refund, which I truly appreciated.

In addition, I requested that Meshki refund the local taxes and duties I paid upon the shipment’s arrival since that amount is not eligible for refund by the local customs. Meshki agreed but only refunded me a partial amount. The total was 65.87 SAR, but I received only 35.46 SAR.

I have emailed Meshki explaining that I didn’t receive the full amount of local taxes and duties and asked for clarification, but no one has replied to my emails. This lack of response has been very disappointing. Last email I sent was on September 3, 2025 and no one responded.

I purchased a dress from Revolve. A truly beautiful and timeless design.

I did face an issue with my order, but Neka from customer service handled it with great care and professionalism. I appreciate how Revolve resolved the situation and stood behind their customer experience.

In love with the dress

I purchased the ARIELLA dress, and I feel it’s the most beautiful mini dress. The quality is excellent for the price. I chose standard shipping and received the dress 8 days after placing the order, which is impressive for international standard shipping.

Didn’t Receive My Parcel or Refund Either

I have been a loyal customer of Oh Polly since 2016, but recently they made some changes that have made me reconsider buying from them. Because I live in Saudi Arabia, I have to shop through Oh Polly UAE. I bought a dress on November 20 for a wedding on December 7. Their website states that standard shipping takes 4–6 business days. However, today is the wedding, and I still haven’t received my package.

The tracking number shows no evidence that the shipment was sent to me. The last update was at ( Received at International Hub) on November 25, indicating that my package got lost there. I contacted their customer service to request a refund, but they refused, claiming they need to investigate the shipment’s whereabouts with the carrier. Unfortunately, they’ve been investigating since December 1, and I was told it could take up to 5 business days.

One of the things I dislike about Oh Polly UAE’s customer service is that they respond a day later and fail to resolve issues. Additionally, the representative doesn’t mention her name, which I find unprofessional. The new website for GCC countries was not a good move, as it seems their service quality has declined.

UPDATE:
Charlotte from ohpolly has issued full refund to me after posting this review. She was so nice and friendly which’s something I appreciate.

Bad experience and unresponsive customer service

I have been shopping from Cult Beauty for 2-3 years because I like that their prices are lower than local retailers. However, I recently realized that shopping from them might cost me more because they tend to declare incorrect values for goods, which results in additional charges for local taxes and duties. This issue is particularly noticeable when using account credit, which you earn by collecting points. The discount from the account credit doesn’t reflect in the declared value of the goods. For example, my order total was €102, and I applied €20 in store credit, bringing the price down to €82. However, when my shipment arrived, the declared value of the goods was still €102. I have contacted customer service back and forth and they didn’t refund me the additional charges.

Additionally, I asked them if they accept returns for products that don’t come sealed from manufacturers and they didn’t answer my questions because I received an Hourglass concealer with signs that the box had been opened, and the product had leaked from the top, making me question whether I received a brand-new concealer or returned item.

Disappointed with Quality and Shipping

one of the dresses I received, the Morana dress, had significant loose threads around the silicone grippers on the strap. Additionally, the strap keeps flipping, causing the silicone to show.

Customer service suggested I cut the loose threads myself instead of offering a proper solution or even at least apologizing.

Moreover, I paid 70 AUD for shipping, expecting express delivery, but my package took 9 days to arrive. This is unacceptable given the high shipping cost. In contrast, Meshki also ships from Australia with DHL, charges only 40 AUD for shipping, and I received my shipment within 4 days of placing my order. TM needs to be reliable about shipping cost.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the product quality and the service provided. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

iHerb is my favorite place to shop for supplements and skincare products. They offer free express shipping to my country for orders over a certain amount, and the items always arrive in good condition. I especially appreciate that they include the expiration date in the product description on the website, which is something I haven't seen anywhere else. Additionally, they frequently offer site-wide discount codes, so be sure not to miss out on these promotions.

Nice bags and great customer service

I love the design of the Ruby bag, and many things fit inside; there's good space. I had a small issue with my order, and the customer service solved my problem immediately. They were so nice to me. I’m satisfied.

I received faulty item

I ordered the Samaria dress and I received it dirty. It has so much dirty spots especially from the interior of the dress. One of the cups was stitched by hand resulting in misshapen fit with a noticeable dent at the bottom of the cup. House of cb customer service want me to return the dress with my own money and they will just refund me 20 GBP even though economic shipping fees in my country started from 38 GBP and of course the dress is heavy and I might charged more. They must handle all return fees for faulty items. Unfortunately, they’re not professional enough to run a business.
