Wonderful experience as a practitioner and consumer

Rating as both a health practitioner and a customer. I've had an exceptional experience with Fullscript. The website is well organized and easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. As a health practitioner, I can easily send recommendations to clients in minutes. Shipping is very fast (and very low cost or free) and also temperature controlled to preserve integrity of some products. Returns process has been surprisingly wonderful at times where they may refund you the product but you don't even have to ship it back. As a health practitioner I have also had a really positive experience meeting with representatives for meetings to explain the features of the site. My only complaint is that some products are not available. For example, I love Valericalm in capsules but they only have the liquid, and then some supplements I have not been able to find and have had to go to iherb or some other site. But overall I have had a wonderful experience. The company is very reliable and if any issue were to occur, they will make it right.

Good

Like most reviews on Trust Pilot, reviews for SiriusXM are unnecessarily harsh. There are some downsides. For years when my annual renewal came up, I didn't realize that the rate would increase dramatically. I am usually on top of all my credit charges so i don't know how I missed it. I ended up realizing when I had to replace my credit card and they couldn't charge me. However, they told me if you call before your renewal you can get a much better rate. I pay a very very low monthly fee right now as that was the current promo (I used to pay once for the year). I find the customer service is not bad. If you try to cancel, they try to convince you and its very lengthy and exhausting. I cancelled once and then rejoined as there was a period of time when music selection was not good. However, I do not listen to FM/AM radio and I exclusively listen to Caliente 152 which is an amazing channel, as I love latin music and I cannot find this anywhere else. No company is perfect, but I haven't had any major issues and am overall happy with the service. The significant upcharge with renewal should be something they work on as it leads to customer dissatisfaction, however, there is a workaround if you call them before you renew, they will easily without questions ask give you a much better rate.

Always reliable

Costco has amazing customer service and an incredible (too lenient and too nice) return policy that many people take advantage of. I am reading these negative reviews and they are absolutely insane. Costco's prices are better than most places, so to complain of global price increasing and inflation is not Costco's fault. The reviews for Costco on this site are a joke because most of the complaints are not complaint-worthy. I've been shopping here practically my entire life and have always had an exceptional experience. Great prices, great products, great inventory, great policies, great food and ice cream. Have ordered online and most shopping is done in store. No company is perfect, but Costco is one of the best companies out there, so for it to have such a negative rating is uncalled for.

Good, but room for improvement

I love the idea of a site that rates online companies, but there is room for improvement. For one, I got a notification to my email, but when i went on to the web site, nothing in my notifications. I had to click through the email, but this should also pop up in the site. I submitted additionally requested information just now to a company that requested more info for my review, but I made an error, and there was no way for me to fix it which is unfortunate. I also find that many companies are not listed, but I believe I can add them so that is not as big of a deal. Sometimes when searching for a company there are multiples, but maybe thats ok depending on location, not entirely sure, sometimes there appear to be too many.

Exceptional

I've been with the company for many years now and I've had nothing but an amazing experience. Firstly, the connectivity/service has significantly improved over the years. I even use it in the US without issue. The pricing is amazing, and multiple times I have gotten messages about additional data being added to my plan "just because" something like 40 and 50GB both times. They have locations near my house which has made getting new phones/changing plans easy. I love the nationwide+US+Mex plans. I can't believe these negative reviews, I have nothing but good things to say and I have high expectations for customer service. My family members have also been with the company for even longer than I have. Highly recommend for mobile services. I remember when I used to be with Rogers and was always locked into a contract and couldn't make changes, but I have always been able to change my plan for a better one if available, except for a couple years when I was paying for my phone, but outside of that have made many changes to my plans for better ones when they became available.

I'm writing this review as a host

I'm writing this review as a host. I have a short-term rental license in Vaughan that allows me to post on airbnb and booking.com. I created an account on VRBO, which many people use now, and they do not allow short-term listings in Vaughan, citing city by-law restrictions, which is completely incorrect. I have tried to rectify this numerous times with them, to no avail, they refuse to allow Vaughan. I have actually seen other listings in Vaughan, but they would not allow mine, even though I am in full compliance. It is unfortunate because others I know list on VRBO and have good experiences as hosts and this creates a significant financial loss for me as a host. On top of that, I constantly get emails to lower m min nightly stays to at least 3 days to increase bookings. Absolutely ridiculous given that I am unable to. The web site is archaic poorly streamlined.

Another issue as a host is when potential guests make requests, you cannot see any information on them like you do on other platforms. No booking history, no city, no ratings, no reviews, which is not safe for the host.

Update: They contacted me through TrustPilot and emailed me looking into this, but even after I supplied my short-term rental license from the City of Vaughan they continued to say that short-term rentals are not allowed in Vaughan and it was like talking to a wall. You provide proof that the city allows it, and they still claim it is not allowed.

Works very well for me, best non-aluminum deodorant have ever tried

I do question if the product is really all natural without any harmful ingredients, but for me, this deodorant works incredibly well and in hot summer I won't smell all day, and I love the scent. The scent is strong though, and stronger than I expect from something natural. However, I do love all the scents. I also find that it blocks sweating kind of like an anti-perspirant despite being a deodorant.

Stellar

I can’t believe these reviews. Sephora is a massive, reputable company, with high standards for customer service. As a customer for over a decade, i can say I have not had one negative experience. Just recently I had an exceptional experience. I placed an order online that was a duplicate, because I didn’t know how to get the La Mer free sample in my first order, and so I placed a second duplicate order for the sample, but didn’t need both orders. however, I didn’t want to cancel my first order because I applied my points and would have lost the $10 dollars off. On a Saturday, i was able to call customer service with no wait times, they cancelled my last order and just shipped me the sample separately (costly for a company to just ship a sample separately). Stellar customer service .they have the best return policy of any makeup/skin company, with you being able to try the product and return it if it doesn’t work for you. There is no reason for Sephora to have low ratings, that is just a lack of appreciation and entitlement.

Customer service is fine, and you can reach them by phone. However, product quality is poor. Nothing healthy about these products. High in sugar and filler/unheathy ingredients. I highly suspect many reviews are from brand ambassadors/sellers of the company.

Has been good for me


I’ve had a great experience so far. Have ordered a few times. Ordered the eye masks, which I really like the ingredients of, and I like the discount when you order 3 packages, as well as the under eye concealer, which has SPF in it (amazing, especially if you use retinol), and doesn’t crease. I contacted customer service today and they responded in minutes, and also within minutes every time to follow-up questions. Have received orders quickly. Have been able to apply Shop Pay dollars to my order. Web site is easy to use. Also, unlike many other web sites, you can apply your reward dollars to sale items, and they don't expire (also rare!).

Great experience, great company

Excellent customer service. I forgot once to add the free samples to my order, and they shipped those out separately! Great products, clean ingredients. Some worked well for me, the ones that didn't I gave to me mom and she was ecstatic saying she never experienced such amazing results. The peptide serums which I really wanted unfortunately would not absorb into my skin and just flaked and pilled, but my mom had amazing results. I love the Vitamin A serums, they do not irritate my sensitive skin. The Vitamin C (7%) is also amazing. Most Vitamin C serums irritate my skin but this one is great, no irritation and is also hydrating.

Reliable company

This is a large and reputable web site, so surprised at the negative reviews. I have purchased numerous times, and never had issues with receiving or returning. Great customer service. The reason for my rating instead of 5 stars is that I find that the items always look terrible in person and nothing like on the site, very cheap and poor fitting, despite always being expensive. This is not typical for me, because I am petite with an hourglass frame and usually find that nice pieces look great on me. I have placed a handful of orders and returned every single one, so I have stopped placing orders. However, If I was to find a brand that I liked the quality and fit of, I would probably have a better experience.

My favourite deodorant company

Surprised there aren't more reviews, and one negative review in I think German which I cannot read. I have purchased from the site multiple times, always excellent experience, and excellent, natural deodorant that works. Great email communication with the company. Highly recommend. Ever since I switched to their deodorant, I haven't used anything else and I trust in the quality/natural ingredients.

Happy and would order again

I've ordered from the website directly a few times (their clothes are also available on revolve.com, which is a very reputable and large site), and I've had a good experience each time. I received the items quickly, good condition. The website clearly states that they only offer store credit for returns so I don't think that is a valid complaint in some of these reviews, but it is an atypical return policy for large companies for regular priced items and possibly a disincentive to order, but its also possible it helps to keep prices lower. The reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the sizing. I am 95 lbs, and ordered S size (even though at my current weight, I'm really an XS), and each time the top part of the dress (I ordered 3 dresses) was snug, but the bottom part was too big (was like a M) for 2 of the 3 dresses, and I had to get this taken in with a tailor. After the amendment, I was happy with the dresses. I like the styles, price is fair, and they also have sales sometimes. However, the sizing is off and should be improved on.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I have been purchasing from Charlotte Tilbury for years, but in my last order I ordered two blushes that arrived completely broken. I spoke to the customer service team, and while everyone was really helpful, Natalie M whom I spoke last sent out the replacement promptly and everything arrived in one piece. They also assured me that if the issue were to reoccur, they would conduct an investigation. I was also incredibly pleased with the Black Friday sales, they were incredible.

Great and trustful customer service

I generally don't order much online from companies as I have a hard time trusting if quality will be good or if the customer service would be good. Wolf and badger is only an online company, and I have had an amazing experience with customer service every single time. The responses are timely and helpful. Tabitha recently went above and beyond with a request that I made. The amazing customer service truly makes me want to continue to support the company. It's been a great shopping experience. I recently spoke to Christian as well who explained things clearly and was very courteous and timely in his response.

Sur La Cote Eze Wrap Dress Red Leaf Print

This is a very gorgeous dress. I love that it's 100% cotton. I have been looking for a wrap mini dress for a long time. There are no measurements, but if you are taller than 5'3" it would definitely be too short! I am 5'3" and this is the shortest dress I would wear. It just goes slightly past my butt. I got the S, and I am 113 lb for reference. It fits really well and I am very happy with it.
