Sent to wrong address, very poor communication
Revolwe (with a W) sells surf products. I purchased a leash Nov 1st and after 2 weeks it hadn't arrived. Over the course of the next 3 weeks, I emailed them 3x and submitted contact forms on their own website twice without a response. I did a bunch of investigating and it turned out they switched 2 numbers in my zip code so the shipping label was for a nonexistent address. This made it such that USPS computers couldn't figure out how to deliver the package. I discovered this by looking up the tracking number (after I got it by emailing Swedish Postal service, Post Nord) and the package was bouncing between postal offices here in the USA. I called USPS and they said it would be sent back to Sweden and was undeliverable and they couldn't intercept it because it was just 1st class mail and not priority. I disputed my charge with PayPal and they refunded me. It wasn't until then that Revolwe finally contacted me. They did offer to send a new leash via FedEx and offered to refund my payment. That would have been really appreciated if they'd responded to my first email 3 weeks earlier.
