Never going near another HP product…

Never going near another HP product ever again

Bought a printer that I found had a fault, just keeps randomly sometimes resetting and sometimes after doing certain things, utterly unworkable.

Went through a number of attempts to get it working to no avail at all.

They said they'd send out a replacement, courier company says they attempted to deliver but nothing to say they actually did knock on the door at all.

Done with this right now and demanding a refund I'll go to a more reliable company, one thats got some competency!

Terrible company to order from

Terrible company to order from

Ordered a 4220e printer, kept rebooting everytime I tried to print something, or just seemed to randomly reset.

Tried numerous times to get it working, eventually they offered a replacement.

They stated the courier company had attempted delivery, but no one had knocked at my door.

Trying to sort this collection out as well is a pain.

If this fails again today just going to get a refund and order from a vaguely competent company, HP are utterly useless!

Was trying to get a project started off I was really looking forward to doing and now because of this I cant, thanks a lot HP (the most unreliable hopeless company I've ever come across!)

Again cant thank Revolve/FWRD enough!

Was just returning an item and think it must have gotten lost or something or not been entered properly I dont know, but when enquiring about what to do about it, Kristel just processed an early refund regardless.

To be fair is the 1st time having problems with a return so could be that lol.

Their customer service is top notch I must say!

Wanted to say a massive thanks

Wanted to say a massive thanks, lost access to my control panel for my domains and Names sorted it out no problem at all.

Wanted to say a massive thanks to the person who dealt with my problem, can't remember the date of the problem so just guessing with this.

I dont really see the issue with some saying they charge more than other hosts, as they dont I dont think in all honesty.

Very happy with them being my domain name hosting company!

Great pricing shame their tech support…

Great pricing shame their tech support is next to useless

Got some email saying they'd sorted out a custom install booting problem (just kept saying no boot device available or which ever the message was), when in reality they hadn't in the least and when they had they only installed the standard image (not what I paid for!)

Then saying I wasn't following steps, the steps I've always done and that have worked, just kept saying the same thing over and over.

Putting through a revocation thing now, dont appreciate being sent around in circles and here's me considering a few months back of going for a dedicated server good job I didn't bother wasting my money on this useless company.

My suggestion go nowhere near this company, they lack any kind of respect for their customers, you'd have better luck talking to a brick wall!

PS You say all this pleasantry things like you'll investigate this and that, but you won't and don't, you certainly don't do anything about it, just babble this empty nonsense.

Best avoiding this stupid company

Best avoiding this stupid company

Make it virtually impossible to do delete your account they're beyond hopeless and their support is next to useless, they dont read or understand a single thing about support tickets.

I explained a response I got for trying to delete my account, then said it was a self service thing, being able to read a support ticket would be a great start!

So glad I've not wasted a single £1 on this company, it'd be a complete waste (Twilio that is).

Trying to delete my Authy account

Trying to delete my Authy account, but Twilio are hopeless when it comes to doing this.

I won't be funding this hopeless company thats for certain since can't delete personal data and when you do ask they make it nigh-on impossible.

How about making it so I have to maybe use a verification code instead of asking for info I have no hope of remebering?

Wont be paying for any of this company's services, there's far more competent companies out there!

How on earth am I supposed to do that when I can't contact them, must be short of a few brain cells to work at that rather stupid company.

The most incompetent company for…

The most incompetent company for deliveries ever.

When disputing they tried blaming other couriers, granted the doors can be confusing, as there's two doors one around the front (where my door is) and one around the back.

I sometimes suffer horribly from chronic pain problems, they just wont take the issue seriously, never purchasing from this company again thats for certain.

Yeah sometimes have problems with some other couriers but nothing like these fools, well done amazon lost a customer here well and truly, not purchased anything for least a month and will refrain from when ever possibly in the future.

Going to be taking further action and…

Going to be taking further action and getting Microsoft sued, had cancelled a service and they kept taking a total of 11 payments.

Will be contacting the Ombudsman and even informing a QC Barrister about their refusal to refund payments.

My advice never go near this unethical and immoral company, I shouldn't have to deal with this having disability payments hence my intention to get Microsoft sued.

My advice to anyone facing problems with Microsoft taking unauthorised payments is to report them to either Trading Standards or in the US the FTC.

I will be reporting them to my bank for taking unauthorised payments.

Certainly won't be buying anything from…

Certainly won't be buying anything from this company or subscribing to any of their services after this debacle.

It defies belief really, I subscribed back in Jan of 2021 to their Xbox services, this was an introductory offer, for which upon realising I wasn't using it cancelled it on the first full payment of £10.99.

I know I cancelled it, yet Microsoft kept taking payments up until someone from their XBox customer services finally cancelled the service (after believing I had cancelled it again, but Microsoft failing to process it) in Feb 2022 and now wont give them back, they claim to have asked for my telephone number, then only gave me a day or so to respond, I have a severe chronic illness and suffer at times from fatigue.

I will be pursuing this further and seeking legal advice about due to a break of contract (as far as I am concerned) I am going to see legal damages, particularly them not wanting to deal with this problem.

This is just purely unacceptable and unprofessional conduct, they said they'd asked me for my telephone number several times, in reality they hadn't and find it really unprofessional using lies and deceit!

I would avoid this company at all costs!

For those seeking a refund after either Microsoft haven't processed or restarting billing period after cancelling contact Trading Standards, is honestly the best thing to do. I did that and have sent a deadlock letter (to show the courts I am trying to sort this out myself), going to get them sued if necessary.

Bought a DVD-RW, sent the wrong one a DVD-ROM then tried to claim it'd work like like a RW dont appreciate being lied to!

Got a refund so not too bothered, wont be coming back at all

Their quality of clothings great, unfortunately due to whatever reason had to return and ask for a refund from them. Was for reasons rather personal but they refunded my order no problems at all and were very quick doing so, so thank you ever so much!

The worst use by dates imaginable and that's truly saying something!

I get what two days at most on some things when in other supermarkets I get 7, this isn't on!

Fancied moving to Morrisons and doing my shopping there if this carries on for more than two more weeks I am being serious.

Even my mother is appalled she bought a pepper to make a dish to find within the best before date (or use by which ever it was) to find it was rotten.

That's appalling by any standards!

Been with them for the past three…

Been with them for the past three months and have to say they are far better than my previous provider ever were, yeah got off to a ropey start but that's fair enough given that it was a new sign up.

Worked in about 5 or so hours after and haven't had any problems since so thanks so much.

Is a good quality line as well as far as I can tell it is!

I think with the previous negative reviews must be the networks in those areas as this ones pretty good actually but that'd make total and complete sense really, though is slower than my previous one granted but least it's of a better quality and video calls don't keep getting cut off like they previously did with a previous provider
