I can only praise Revolve’s customer service. Within one month I have made 3 orders, out of which I have made two returns and all of my items arrived very quickly (even the ones on preorder) the ones I have returned( the size was too big) were refunded to me swiftly. I have also noticed some spots on one of the dresses, I have reached out to customer service and was offered a 15% discount. Overall I’m very satisfied with the customer service and would definitely recommend using this website

The customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with! I am considering taking legal action against the company falsely advertising express shipping when it’s not. Very rude unhelpful customer service that feels attitude is the best way to go. Absolutely shocking!

customer service was very disappointing. I needed an item for an event that was the cheapest I’ve ordered. When I inquired about the signature hold, I was told it was for high-value items. After showing that my previous orders were all more expensive, the representative changed their answer, stating there are no specific criteria for the hold.When I asked for clarification, they abruptly ended the conversation with a simple "thank you," and I didn’t even know who I was speaking to, as they didn’t provide a name.I love Revolve and have always had great interactions with customer service in the past, making this experience feel bizarre and frustrating. They need to improve their understanding of policies.

I don't know for other people but I've received my order from this seller in very short time. DHL have had delivered after approx 4 days after purchase and product was the same like on the website. I don't know are they sell designer product but for me seems like they do. At least I hope so. And I was purchased from Europe.

I made a purchase .. I even used zip pay for it .. then I received an email that my purchased needed to be verified . I called and spoke to someone who said oh yeah you need to send a copy of your identification like your drivers license in so we can verify that is you ???? Does that even make sense . If that does sound like fraud . I said you can immediately cancel my order !

WOW! Fastest service EVER
WOW! I received my shoes after just two days but the shoe had a minor rip in them. Mailen Revolve and was taken care of RIGHT away. They sent me a new pair and refunded me for the return shipping fee. The new shoes arrived befor I could even send the original ones in return! Just to days!

I have never in my life experienced such incredible customer support. I can’t actually believe how amazing the team were to me. I am a loyal customer for life and I will fight anybody who argues different. Revolve deserves an award.
Poor and careless packaging
I purchased from Revolve for the first time. My order total for £330 for 3 items, so an average of £100+ per item. The clothes arrived stuffed into a DHL box that was clearly too small to fit the order. I wish I could attached a photo of what I received. Mass market brands whose items are worth 1/5 of this price pack and ship with more respect and diligence to their buyers. How is one supposed to enjoy or even try on a purchase when it's received in such state? I will be returning the entire order and needless to say I also won't be your customer in future.

Scam website
The company charged me twice for transactions of less than one pound and never refunded the amounts, even though I managed to cancel my order just in time after placing it. Be careful, everyone — I suspect this is a scam website given they asked me to send the amount of the transactions to them to verify that the card was mine (why in a hell would you do that ? ). Never happened to me before an online website ask such a security info to be shared.
