Terrible quality – broke after one wear

I bought the Tony Bianco Sakai Slingback Pumps from Revolve as a gift for my girlfriend, and the quality is honestly shocking. She wore them for the first time and one of the straps instantly became loose, making the shoe slip off her foot. On top of that, part of the sole actually broke, with a metal piece sticking out underneath.

For such an expensive pair of shoes, this is completely unacceptable. We expected far better quality control. I’ve contacted Revolve for a refund or replacement, but I’m really disappointed that something at this price point could fall apart after just one wear.

Still No Refund After Weeks — Poor Customer Service

I ordered a tie from John Lewis, but was sent a pair of trousers instead. After reporting the mistake, they sent out another parcel — and unbelievably, it was another pair of trousers.

It’s now been several weeks, and despite returning both incorrect items, I’ve still not received my refund. I’ve had to chase their customer service multiple times, but I keep getting vague responses and no resolution. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing from a company I expected better from.

I’ve lost time, energy, and trust in John Lewis over a simple order. Be cautious when ordering online — if something goes wrong, don’t expect a quick or helpful resolution.

Hi Jeevan, I am sorry to hear that on two occasions, trousers were received instead of a tie. I can understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the items ordered were for a wedding. I can see that the tie is a product that's delivered directly from our supplier, and our dedicated Supplier Orders team has been in touch via email on 28 July. Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service

I previously had an issue with my order, but 33mm resolved it quickly and professionally. Their customer service was excellent – they gave me a £60 gift card, and I was able to get a new pair of trousers which were perfect. Really impressed with how they handled the situation and I’ll definitely shop with them again.
