Return process / updates are non existent to very slow. Customer service is very responsive, but don’t seem to have much influence over the return process. Delivery was very quick tho.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

I ordered 3 pairs of pants from Fashion Nova, and I’m extremely disappointed. The quality is shockingly poor specifically, the zippers barely function and clearly won't last more than a few wears. I even recorded and sent three videos and multiple screenshots to demonstrate the issue, but Fashion Nova refused to refund me.

Their response? That the zippers are “functional,” even though they admit they may snag due to “style.” That’s not a style issue it’s a product defect.

According to their own policy, dysfunctional items qualify for a refund to the original payment method. But they are refusing to stand by this. This is a daylight robbery. I’ve never experienced such unhelpful and dismissive customer service.

Avoid shopping here; once they have your money, they’re done helping you!

wat een onhandigheid. bah.

Wat een onhandige website om fotoboeken te maken. Was ik eindelijk klaar na 2 uur prutsen, klik ik bovenin per ongeluk op het logo van FUJI. Hierdoor stuurt hij je gelijk naar de homepage, waardoor alles weg was. Ik heb het geprobeerd terug te krijgen, maar al het werk is voor niks geweest. Lekker dan. Nooit weer.

Je mag dus niet artikelen van…

Je mag dus niet artikelen van verschillende orders in 1 pakket terugsturen. Dus voor 2 jassen mag ik apart 2 retours op eigen kosten terugsturen. Onvriendelijke klantenservice en ze maken het terugsturen super ontoegankelijk en daarnaast ook zeer milieuonvriendelijk op deze manier. Not ordering again.
