Disappointed Customer

I was on this review site for another company, and I said let me check how Revolve is doing on here. I shop at Revolve very frequently due to its quick turn around time for shipment and plethora of designers to choose from. I NEVER had an issue with a return, in fact it's been hassle free for me. I just wanted to leave a positive review, because unfortunately the ones I left for other companies on this site has been due to sad experiences. Revolve is a reliable site that I can absolutely count on.

It's totally unfair that I have to select 1 star, when I never received my item. It's almost a month since I placed my order. The company also provided a fake mail tracker stating that I received my item. At this point I am going to report this company to the BBB. I reached out to the company and received a generic response. After reading all of these reviews I understand that I will not receive a refund. So I am out an item and money. I was totally scammed. I can't believe this company is still up and running.

Update-I finally received notice that my item shipped on 6/15 after order was placed on 5/13

At this point I am going to contact the better business bureau. I don't know why I tried them again when last year the jacket arrived later than the event I needed to go to. The previous reviewers are also right about the refund. They kept emailing me back and forth trying to get me to keep the jacket. Then they made me pay for the return, the refund was taking so long to come that I stopped checking, so I really doubt I received one. I guess I didnt learn my lesson because I placed an order 5/13/22 and there has been no movement at this time. I doubt I am getting this jacket and it's for a prom.
