What absolute stars! I happened to need to return an item way past the date but when I explained the circumstances they offered to let me return the item for a full refund. I have NEVER had such great customer service, they even came back to me on the day I sent them an email so the whole process was dealt with within 24 hours. I would certainly use this company again, in this day and age online companies can be a minefield when it comes to returning items so it was a total pleasure to find them so easy and obliging to deal with.

What a company - I had a problem with a sweatshirt, not totally their fault and yet they sent me a new one within a day of my advising them of my problem. In this day and age of poor customer service, I have to say this stands out as exceptional. I will certainly order from them again
