Amazing customer service, I ordered trainers in the wrong size (my mistake due to conversion from uk sizing) when they arrived I called up the most friendly and helpful colleague talked me through to make sure we reordered the correct size and emailed a QR code to return the original pair. The new pair arrived within a day and were perfect. Very helpful and efficient would highly recommend haven’t had such a high level of customer service in a long time

Very poor cleaning standards overall. They damaged my property and would not take accountability claiming someone else was in the property. Where I could provide video footage and email confirmation from my agency that no one else had entered and they had the only set of keys from the agency they could not provide any evidence of this. Their guarantee to come back out in 72 hours is a lie they won’t and they fabricate some Ts&Cs which are no where on their website or in any email agreement as to why they won’t. They are not based in London so it’s impossible to get hold of them a very rude women answered a phone call internationally then stopped responding. They are a scam company DO NOT USE if you want a quality clean or genuine company. I have called messaged and emailed Multiple times with no reply. They asked me to provide evidence of something which I did and I asked the same of them and since then they will not reply. No place on their website are Ts & Cs which were referred to when disputing their work and when asked for them to provide full Ts & Cs they will no and do not reply its disappointing they choose to act this way then claim I am fabricating the incident. Any reputable company would respond to emails, calls or texts to resolve an issue. There are previous reviews with similar issues to myself this is not something I am fabricating to tarnish their name in fact the total opposite, just giving a transparent review of my experience with them which they could easily have handled very differently.
