Awful experience. Ordered 3 wedding dresses to be delivered to the UK with a £10 shipping fee. Sent 2 back in the same parcel and they initially only credited 1 and said only 1 was returned. In the meantime I had initiated a return for the third dress but not sent it back. They however refunded me for that despite having not recieved it! Only when I pointed out that they had clearly received 2 dresses, else why would they have refunded the other dress, did they refund the second one....with no mention of their error in refunding the third one!!! So through pure incompetence their end they have refunded me 3 dresses despite only actually receiving 2. Happy days you'd think... except the £48 PER ITEM return fee they deducted will still see me out of pocket even if I manage to sell the other dress on ebay. Never again!!!!!!

I don't leave many reviews on here but I feel credit needs to be given when due. I ordered 2 x £300+ wedding dresses from here for delivery to the UK. They arrived quickly with free delivery. I didn't like either (quality did not justify the price) so returned them with the free return lable that was included in the package to a UK address and got the refund a few days later. This is amazing service compared to the nightmare I am going through currently with Nordstrom! This was my first time ordering from Revolve and I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

Disgraceful company. Booked a car with them through rentalcars.com. paid extra for the top insurance. Booking reference very clearly said a debit or credit card could be used to pay the deposit at collection. Arrived in Madeira to be told could not use a debit card and had to pay an additional €200 as did not have a credit card. Could not reason with them and showed them the booking confirmation which clearly said a debit card could be used but they would not release the car without paying the extra. Emailed them multiple times on our return. They replied to the first one with a copy of the additional insurance we were forced to take basically saying "you signed for it so tough". Replied saying we had no choice but they responded again despite multiple emails. Total con artists!!
