DO NOT ORDER FROM REVOLVE - they request identity information
I have reported REVOLVE to the FTC's Fraud Department, as they are engaging in completely unethical business practices. First, they requested a photo image of the front and back of our daughter's credit card, as well as a photo image of her government-issued ID, to verify a purchase. How can a company ask for such sensitive information that can steal your identity?? After five phone calls to their customer service trying to get our order verified, it ultimately came back to them wanting a photo of her cc and ID, which we were not going to do. We canceled the order and never received a refund.
