Smooth Experience

Smooth purchase, fast shipping, easy return :) The product quality is meh (I dont think it worth the price, you might be able get cheaper elsewhere) but I applaud them on the customer service.

I honestly don't know about all these bad reviews, I had a great experience. Maybe it's a hit or miss with this company. I bought a skirt and saw lower pricing on Nordstrom and they matched it no questions asked, plus an additional 10%

I have NEVER wrote a review about my shopping experience before, NEVER. However, this time I just HAD TO.

Customer service is horrible and unhelpful, they are irresponsible and seem like they have no idea what they’re doing. I don’t know how much Nordstrom is paying their employees to have these types of incompetent people working for them, but they clearly need to raise their hiring standards. The people in customer service don’t care. They probably aren’t paid much.

DO BETTER NORDSTROM. Or simply shutdown.

I JUST CAN'T FREAKING DEAL WITH THEM…

I JUST CAN'T FREAKING DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE.
I was 18 when I got my fido account so I needed an account holder. I turned 19 in September and ever since I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SWITCH THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO MYSELF BUT THEY WONT FREAKING LET ME.
I called a bunch of times and they said i needed to go to the store, and then when i came to the store they PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER AGENT ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS AND TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT AT HOME, THROUGH THE PHONE, BECAUSE THEY WOULD NEED MY SIN NUMBER AND EVERYTHING.
I do not blame them for asking questions because it is their policy BUT THEIR AGENTS JUST KEPT GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION.
IT'S LIKE ALL OF THEM ARE NEWBIES AND THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DEALING WITH.
I am so frustrated and DONE.
I AM DONE.

We do not want you to feel this way about us! That said, we have some policies to respect when it comes to transferring an account under another person's name.

We'd first need the current account holder to contact us to provide their consent for the transfer. This authorization is valid for 30 days. Then we need you (the person taking over the line) to reach out to us with two valid IDs.
