Absolutely Stellar Service from Revolve!
Shopping at Revolve has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their support service is truly spectacular—super responsive, incredibly attentive, and genuinely customer-focused.
I had an issue with a first-order promo code that had expired, and their team didn’t hesitate to reissue it for me. But what really blew me away was what happened next: I completely missed that they had provided me with an additional discount for my next purchase, and even then, they went above and beyond to apply it retroactively. That level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated.
Beyond their amazing support, Revolve offers a fantastic selection of brands and consistently rolls out interesting offers that make shopping exciting and rewarding.
Highly recommended!

**Terrible Online Shopping Experience – Avoid IRO at All Costs**

I purchased a suit from IRO during their archive sale, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. To begin with, I never received an order confirmation email, even though my account was immediately charged for the purchase.

After receiving the suit, I decided to return it, and the items were delivered back to IRO over a month ago. However, I still haven't received my refund, despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service team. I've emailed them several times, and I've also lodged a formal complaint with PayPal, only then I received a response but I am still waiting to receive the refund.

This company does not adhere to basic consumer rights, and their lack of accountability is shocking. They have not only lost my business but have also left me with no choice but to pursue my legal rights in order to get my money back.

To anyone considering shopping with IRO online, I strongly advise against it. The whole process has been a nightmare, and I will never purchase from them again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this brand!

Not buying from this website anymore

My online shopping experience with this store has been disastrous, to say the least. First, the product I ordered was not in stock, which was not indicated on the website. This resulted in weeks of waiting before it finally arrived. To make matters worse, the shoe sizing did not correspond with EU sizing, meaning it was too small. After waiting for so long, I had to initiate the return process.

Moreover, the packaging was inadequate; the item was shipped without any protection and arrived in poor condition. And as if all this wasn't enough, the store was unable to provide a properly working return link, adding more weeks to this already frustrating process.

This is not the first time I've had issues with this store. Last year, I made an order that was never delivered. I had to chase customer service and wait weeks to get a refund. After these two terrible experiences, I've decided that I will never shop on their website again.

PS: Follow up: I provided TradeInn with the order number, as requested by them in their response to my review, but no updates so far

Don’t deliver the product, nor they refund

Like many comments here, I ordered a product which they cashed instantly but after weeks no update on the status of the order, no response to my multiple emails and no answer to their customer support phone. Indeed this is a scam. Don’t ever buy from this site.
