I get nervous trying new platforms to buy clothes, but this site is actually great! I’ve ordered twice, and both times I received my order on time and—my favorite thing—they included a return shipping label so I could return anything that didn’t fit, which is such a no brainer given that you can’t physically try on the clothes before buying. I’ll def be purchasing from here in the future.
Before ordering with these folks, I had tried to order glasses with three different companies, I got fed up with the week+ long wait times or lack of responsiveness or terrible customer service (I spent 47 minutes “requesting” to cancel my order with one company’s bot and haven’t gotten my money yet). Literally RIGHT after I ordered with this company, they reached out to me within like an hour to ask me about a discrepancy in my prescription with what I was ordering. I’ve never ordered glasses online before—usually just get them in store, but it takes forever so wanted to try online—and I was accidentally trying to get progressive glasses when I should have been getting single vision glasses. None of the other companies let me know this, they just kept me waiting and waiting for days as I guess they tried to resolve it (or not). But these guys flagged it right away, and then were super quick to get back to me to answer my questions and help me fix it—even late at night via email!—to confirm they had changed the order and answer another couple questions I had. And then they shipped my glasses the NEXT DAY!!! I can honestly say this is the first time in a long time that I haven’t felt like the whole optical industry is colluding to make my life hard. It’s sad to say that it’s rare to feel, I guess, taken care of by a business nowadays. I hope they keep up the GREAT customer service and prompt care! I will never buy glasses from anywhere else. This place is honestly the future they actually do what they say and FAST!
We ordered about $2,500 worth of slatwall and my goodness I am really disappointed. The worst thing is the coloring which is TERRIBLY inconsistent and just looks so bad on the wall once put up. I wish I could post a picture here so people can see. It’s not immediately obvious until you’ve already started installing them, which is frustrating. One piece on its own looks really nice but then you put them together and you have a weird splotchy, inconsistently-colored wall. I would have had a different client purchase these until seeing how awful they looked, and now the hunt for actually nice quality, consistently stained wood slatwall paneling continues once again…

Maybe this is bad, but I’m usually more compelled to give a review after a bad experience so I rarely write five star reviews. But I really really love this company so much I had to preach about it. I can’t remember how I came across them, but at first I was a bit put off by the prices so I only got one thing because it was exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I figured I’d get my other travel accessories stuff elsewhere for cheaper. But omg when I received my organizers I was genuinely blown away by not only how gorgeous they are but how they seemed to be soooo sturdy and of such nice quality. I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to see how they held up. I can confirm after several months and many, many trips later they look brand new. I am so sick of cheapy stuff breaking and having to go find replacements on a trip. I’m very frugal, so I don’t say this often — but the quality really does justify the prices. It’s honestly making me realize how much junk I’ve bought over the years to save money. Oh and I also asked for the shipping to be expedited for one of the other items I got after being so impressed with my first purchase, and they got back to me immediately and made it super easy. I haven’t bought a ton of stuff yet so I can’t say every single thing is as good as what I’ve bought, but based off of my two orders I’m highly impressed. I hope they start making more types of accessories to mix and match and maybe something it can all go in like a modular travel rollup or something.
I could live with the shipping taking forever even though I paid a TON extra for it to be expedited. But once I finally got it, I initially loved the pieces I received because they was so pretty out of the box. But after owning it for a couple months, the quality is why I’m giving this place a terrible review. The designs are cute but the leather is AWFUL. It’s very dry, cheap, poor-quality pebbled leather. Both my iPhone case and my laptop sleeve look ragged and terrible after a just a couple months of light use. Leather conditioner and cleaner were no help. Also, the gold lettering is pretty worn, and they missed putting my initials on the pencil case. Really disappointed because the designs are stunning.

No trouble with shipping or customer service, but I found their products to be just OK quality. Not terrible by any means, but after about 6 months of use, I’ve had to throw away all of the leggings I bought because they either stink (even though I wash with detergent that gets sweat smell out of other clothes) or are very faded. I will say none of them developed random holes, which I often have trouble with when buying leggings - so that’s a big plus. But for the price point, I would have definitely expected to get much more wear out of them.

I had a good experience with this company. I had never bought with them before, so I was a bit hesitant because I was looking for a specific pair of sunglasses that only FramesDirect sold in the U.S. (I believe the original manufacturers are based out of the UK). I paid for fast shipping because I needed the sunglasses to arrive in time for my boyfriend's birthday - and they came sooner than I even expected them to! (I think it was within a day, which I did have to pay I think $15 extra for, but I didn't mind since time was of the essence). The sunglasses are clearly good quality and appear to be authentic (I did a bit of research online to identify any fakes). Anyway, my boyfriend is very happy and I am too! I'd definitely buy from them again.
