Terrible customer service and low quality

5 purchased Chairs all fell apart and they’re saying it’s wear and tear when the product is clearly faulty. Offered a £50 voucher when all 5 chairs are broken and can’t be fixed. Stay away from this company I would not recommend

Good quality

Actually got my item second hand as I was worried about the quality but the quality was great and it was exactly as described on the miss-rosier website, the thick “missoni” knit fabric. Gave me confidence to purchase at full price

Check the nutritional info

Have done juice cleanses in the past and enjoyed them. Take the probiotic water a couple of times a week and have only just realised there’s 33.2 grams of sugar in the probiotic “water”. That’s more than one whole days sugar allowance in a single bottle. Absolutely crazy(!)

In regards to your point about the Probiotic Water, we are actually in the process of updating these recipes to bring down the sugar, and our new recipes will have under 20g per bottle! Once these have been updated, we would be more than happy to send a few over for you to try, if you would like!

I would also like to mention that although our Juices do contain sugar, this is all naturally occurring from the fruit and vegetables used, with no added nasties!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. My trunk cracked, they refused to replace it, but agreed to email a document so l can claim insurance from the airline. On that basis I spent another £1000 on a second trunk. They said the document would arrive the same day - it's 3 days later and still nothing. I have called each day and am told they’re sending it today. It never happens and I am now about to be out of the time window where I can claim insurance. I only purchased a second trunk because they promised these paperwork to get the money back for it. I feel I was mis-sold and am now down £1000 on the original trunk, £1000 on a replacement at my own cost, and am about to lose a further £1000 on the insurance because they aren't able to send a simple email in a timely manner. Having purchase several items over the years I’ll never return to this brand.

Second time they’ve delivered a parcel…

Second time they’ve delivered a parcel to the same totally wrong address. Very frustrating the tracking is literally showing a photo of it in the letterbox of a totally random other house, that I can’t locate

Very high level of customer service

Very high level of customer service. Have shopped with them for years and should any issue occur they are always very speedy at rectifying it, someone answers the customer service number within 2 mins, and the process is very easy. Today I was sent the wrong skirt, after notifying them they sent the correct one immediately (before I had even returned the other one) and also refunded me 10% of the cost as a good will. Free returns label inside the package also. Refreshingly honest and easy to deal with company.

So far the best meal prep I’ve tried. Minimal packaging, good macros, and flavourful food. Surprisingly I enjoyed all that I tried. Needed to cancel subscription as I was away and it was easy to do. Have restarted it now as the meals were great

Delivered expensive parcel to wrong address

Delivered an expensive parcel to a random address. The proof of delivery photo is not my property or a property on my road, nobody can locate where it was delivered and the contents are needed urgently for an event in 2 days time. I don’t know why they would hand my goods to a stranger on a different road, leaving no instructions for me as to where it’s been left. Have called daily but nobody knows where it was delivered or why. The tracking does not include where they left it either. Extremely disappointed.

Not bad!

It takes a while, and it’s costly, however my item did arrive (uk from a Norwegian company that doesn’t deliver to the uk). It took about 2 weeks. It’s crucial to log into the desktop website as the app doesn’t update as quickly as the desktop. I sent 3 emails about the progress of my order and all 3 were replied to within 24hrs. The app could be better but I got the service I paid for and I would use this company again. If you need something asap or you’re on a budget it’s not for you but otherwise it works

If you need anything soon don’t order…

If you need anything soon don’t order here. Have ordered from this company several times over the years as they have a large range of Lise Charmel, but almost every time the items take in excess of 3 weeks to arrive and I’m later informed they are selling items they don’t actually have in stock. It’s a total gamble as to whether your items are in stock, there is no courtesy email after a week waiting with no dispatch to explain what’s going on. The items are always as advertised but if you need them in a timely manner it’s not the place to order from. I feel it’s dishonest to keep selling things that aren’t in stock. I don’t enjoy doing business with a company that does this sort of thing, and this close to Christmas I’ve been let down yet again. This will be my last order from them.

Surprisingly good experience

Can only speak for my own experience. Lost my phone (left on flight) on Saturday. Sunday received an email to say they had found it, today is Monday and I’ve just collected it - you need ID and the fee is £25.

Phone returned to me in 48hrs and they took the initiative to contact me as I had used to lost phone app to display my contact email and name on the lock screen. Grateful for this service. It’s a business after all, the fee seemed reasonable, they had even charged my phone.

£10 charge for a return!

The clothes are of varying quality but mostly good, have purchased many times without problem but realised they’ve introduced a £10 fee to make a return(!) and the returns label they give can’t be scanned at the post office so you also have to have it printed elsewhere first. Charging £10 for a return is absurd and would stop me from buying again as the sizing is inconsistent.

Terrible

One item was as described, however the other was a size Medium, but I ordered a small. They altered the swing ticket and fabric label with black pen(!) to change the written size from small to medium but it was very obviously done and the item is bigger than the same item I already have in a small. The pen they've used has also stained the item.

I wish they had been honest about the stock rather than trying to send me the wrong size to cover it up. Very dishonest and now I'm afraid to return it as it seems nobody is getting their returns money so will have to have the item altered at my own cost. Avoid!

Worst courier experience ever

Needed the item for my vacation. They held it for a week then returned it to sender saying that I "refused" the item when they have not attempted delivery. I have spent hours on the phone trying tk get my item. I have filled out all their unnecessary extra paperwork. Just to have my item sent back anyway. I am so angry.

Great website

Easy to buy, easy to return and they have the most well staffed call center ever. Went from picking up the phone to resolving my issue in under 3 mins. Have purchased many times from them and will continue to do so

As for the quality: Revolve is a market place they sell many brands, one of the reasons I like it. Its up to you which brands you want to buy. Cheaper brands like Free People are obviously going to be a lower quality than luxury brands like Zimmermann.

Stock issues and delays

Ordered on 3rd September. Item was shipped on the 29th September. These long delays have happened twice before. As others have mentioned they advertise stock they don't actually have and then wait for a restock AFTER you've already purchased. Sometimes items arrive right away, other times its several weeks. Items always arrive eventually and are authentic and as advertised but it seems a dishonest practice to sell items you know you don't have in stock. If you're desperate for something might be an idea to email and check they actually have the items in - usually emails are replied to quickly.

As good as it can be

Have been shopping with them for years and have had consistently good service. Some items take a while to arrive due to their verification process but everything I've purchased has been authentic. On 1 occasion they emailed me to say the condition of the item wasn't as good as described (and offered me a discount - which I didn't take) so therefore refunded me without me having to recieve the item and waste time sending it back. Another time a fur coat arrived much smaller than advertised and again they took it back and refunded me with no issues. Even as a seller they allow you to withdraw an item at any point (even after sale). It's a huge market place so no doubt some sellers are less reliable but the platform is fair and the customer service is good.

Declining quality, bad customer service.

Have used The Wig Bar at least 10 times. At first the service was good but is now awful. They started returning wigs in a flat 3cm high flimsy boxes which arrived totally flat and crumpled the wigs so badly you have to go over them when they're returned. This has happened twice. Therefore I decided to start collecting the wigs instead.

Collection is not as straightforward - they only open certain days and very limited hours which are not stated when you purchase. No Mondays. Only from 3 on a Tuesday and so on. Whoever replies to emails has no desire to give good customer service. Ive spent over £1200 with this company in less that a year. Now finally I sent 2 wigs for the 48hr express (£215 to wash and style 2 wigs!) I followed up as its 6 days since I sent my wigs and they're saying they never arrived. I have just checked the tracking and the package arrived and was signed for 5 days ago. So where are my wigs? They should be with me by now. Imagine paying £215 to have a company ignore your order then lie to you. I have been a regular customer yet the emails suggest they simply dont care. Pretending my wigs didn't arrive as an excuse for why they've not been done yet, when my tracking shows they were signed for nearly a week ago! I just want my wigs back and will never return to this company.

When you book a 48hr service they state it make take 72 hrs for them to reply to an email... it's too unprofessional for what they charge. Months ago I recommended the wig bar to friend and she had a bad experience too with similar lousy customer service. Really disappointed with this company.
