Like most, I rarely take to the internet to document a positive experience, but I had an experience today that is typically not expected. I placed an order last Friday. It came with expedited shipping and should have already arrived 2 days ago. They had a text contact option which took away the phone call and passible wait times. Response to my text was under 2 min and was incredibly respectful and helpful. In this case they showed as shipped, but UPS showed as the item not being received. In all my previous experiences with this scenario, I would have to file with UPS and reorder. They re-shipped my item, expedited shipping while opening a a case with UPS to recover the items lost. I was impressed with customer service and it gave me confidence in future purchases.

I have used NetCredit several times and each time has been painless and easy from the application process to calling for assistance

Nothing but fantastic experiences with them. The item was exactly as described, processed quickly and wrapped beautifully.
I want to note I have paid for overnight shipping with as many companies I can count and most consider it overnight from the two day handling time. On all 3 orders, they arrived the next day.

We were looking for a canvas print and gave canvas discount a try. We have now placed 5 orders because the experience was so good. Orders were fulfilled and shipped incredibly quick and the quality was what we were expecting and more.
