I ordered a case two weeks ago. Away indicates that it’ll be a maximum of 6 working delays for delivery. It’s almost 2 weeks and no deliver. I sent message via the website which said a response would be given with 48 hours but no response. I wouldn’t shop with this company their service is poor!

I have ordered from this site twice (once pre pandemic) both times there’s been problems with the delivery. Delivery is delayed or inflexible. Also the communication is misleading giving incorrect timelines then when queried they came back saying that the timeline given isn’t possible although the order confirmation quotes it. The delivery company used the first were difficult to deal with and had even worse communication. In short if you can find the item you want on another website I would avoid this company.
