Gorgeous prints and pops of colour. Really unique which is what I wanted. This will be my third item from OOSC. First, I got the watermelon suit and loved it, purchased from ASOS. The time I have gone for the comic book and the Katie Ormerod tie dye options. Ordered yesterday, arrived today. Tracking info sent so I could see where my parcels were. Really chuffed as was concerned when I read some of the reviews.

Initially, I was very sceptical after seeing all the 1* reviews. After receiving my orders I can now feedback that 1 order arrived with absolutely no trouble at all.
The second was photographed inside a Royal Mail van and not delivered. I contacted TOG 24 who were very quick to respond and investigated the issue, could see i'd not received it and promptly sent another parcel. Rebecca was superb and I was very pleased with the outcome.
I'd already placed my order prior to reading the reviews. A £500+ order and the reviews did make me nervous.
Payed for next day delivery. Arrived no problem. Needed to return but had issues with their portal. Emailed and had a response within 24 hours. Items returned and a refund processed within a couple of days. Pleased with that.
Ordered a second order, again payed for next day delivery. Didn't arrive next day, HN refunded the delivery charge and the parcel arrived a day late.
Super happy. Ordered 3 pairs of the christmas pajamas. Arrived within 7 working days. :) Got a lovely reply to my enquiry. Would definitely shop there again.
UPDATE; I have raised my star rating from a 3-4 as Janet from Phoebe Grace did contact me and I am pleased with her reaching out.
The two items I bought are LOVELY, great quality and they did arrive on time.

However, the experience prior to purchasing wasn't the customer service that I'd expected. One of their stockists was offering 20% off, I emailed to ask if they'd any similar discounts and was told;
'Generous Ape are in charge of their own discounts and we do not have any running atm like that. Thanks for your enquiry'
5 hours later, I received a generic discount code for 10% off. It would have in my opinion been better customer service to offer me this at the time and with a more personal response.
I am pleased with the overall experience but wanted to pass on my feedback.
Great experience - packaging could be more substantial.
Ordered 02.03.2022 and the items arrive on 03.03.2022. That's great.
The items I ordered a pair of Animal mittens and two ski vest thermals are great.
The only downside is the packaging was poor. The boxes for the thermals were squashed.

Order WUK100609289 First time shopping and not a good experience at all.
Returned 3 items which were received 06.11.2021.
Used their whatsapp service on 15.11.2021 to chase, was told that the refund was processed on the 13.11.2021 and should show on the 14.11.2021. One day previous to my chase up whatsapp.
I replied to the email and the next customer service person said my refund was still processing. (So the first person lied)
Replied again asking for concise information to then be told 'Sorry for the confusion, your refund has gone through successfully today.'
Having to chase a refund to be told different things is unacceptable. I actually do like the dress i've kept but the after service is TERRIBLE.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I am sorry to hear that for your first time shopping with us, your experience wasn't good at all.
Having looked into your order, I can confirm that your returns were showing to have been scanned in by our warehouse team on the 13th of November but that the refunds were processing at this point. We have experienced a slight issue lately where the refunds issued on this date, were taking longer than usual to process but on the 16th of November, those refunds did process fully and successfully.
I can assure you, it wasn't a matter of our advisor lying to you regarding your refunds. At the time of our team's reply to yourself, it would have looked as though the refunds had gone through but due to the issue, we of course saw then that they hadn't and is why the next advisor advised you of the refund then being processed.
By no later than the 17th of November, your refunds would have updated on your original payment method as going through and for any physical funds due back in your account for this order, your payment method provider will arrange for these to be transferred.
This is an issue that has since been fixed, and I absolutely understand that our customers shouldn't have to chase their refunds and just how unacceptable you feel this experience to have been. As a gesture of goodwill, I have sent over a £5.00 gift voucher to your email address and this will come through shortly. Please be sure to keep an eye out in your spam & junk mail boxes for this, just in case the voucher does transfer into there. Everything you need to know about your voucher regarding the expiry date and how to use this will be within the voucher email, please make sure to keep this safe until used.

Products brilliant - customer service to be desired.
Quoting 21 days for a refund when by LAW they have to be processed within 14 days. Staff need training on this as when challenged all I kept being told was 'it's 21 days that's what I've been told'
