I ordered a pair of shoes on Tuesday evening at 8 PM with free delivery. They were dispatched from Los Angeles at 10 PM and arrived by 1 PM on Friday. I love the shoes, and the company even offered free returns in case they weren’t right. This was one of the best customer experience I’ve had in a long time!

I ordered a dress and a t-shirt online, but unfortunately, the dress is too small. Since I liked it, I checked if I could exchange it. However, they want to charge me £2.99 for the return and then charge again for delivery. I called to ask if they’d offer free return or delivery as a goodwill gesture, but they refused, saying they’d have to do it for everyone. Diabolical customer service! I will now return both items and will NOT reorder.

I bought a Christmas present for my daughter in November, I called up to check the returns policy for Christmas presents and was informed that it came into effect from 25th November, because I had purchased a couple of things earlier they weren’t covered. They quickly made a note on the account to allow me to return. I guess I’ll only know if I need to return😀 However I was really impressed with a. They answered the phone quickly and politely and b. They were extremely helpful, which in this day and age is surprising

I haven’t actually tried the deodorant yet, however I ordered two (for me and my daughter), only one was delivered! There is no number to ring you have to contact them by email, it took over a week to get a resolution. After 3 days they emailed to say please confirm your address and email, even though I supplied them with customer number and order number. They then took another 3 days to respond. I had also complained about the dirty brown case that I wanted to return, they ignored that part of the email. It says you can cancel at any point, but the only way to do that is via email (good luck with that)!
