I can only praise Revolve’s customer…

I can only praise Revolve’s customer service. Within one month I have made 3 orders, out of which I have made two returns and all of my items arrived very quickly (even the ones on preorder) the ones I have returned( the size was too big) were refunded to me swiftly. I have also noticed some spots on one of the dresses, I have reached out to customer service and was offered a 15% discount. Overall I’m very satisfied with the customer service and would definitely recommend using this website

Shoes - good, delivery- slow

Overall, I like the shoes I have received, however delivery was really slow (over 8-9days) and they all arrived in very smashed up boxes.

Faulty BBQ Still Under Warranty replaced

Update
After my email and a review on Trustpilot the company has contacted me and collected the faulty bbq and sent a replacement. I Appreciate the fact that they have taken the action and I am a very satisfied customer

I purchased a ceramic egg BBQ less than six months ago, and despite very limited use, it has developed cracks all over the ceramic body. (Inside and out)
I contacted customer service, expecting a straightforward warranty resolution –
especially since ceramic BBQs are sold as durable, long-lasting products.

Instead, I was told that the damage was “normal” due to thermal expansion and that I was outside of their 14-day return window. They completely ignored the fact that the product is still well within its manufacturer’s warranty and clearly faulty.

This is not acceptable, and it shows a complete disregard for customer rights and product quality. Cracks on a premium ceramic BBQ after just a few months is not normal – it’s a defect. Their refusal to replace or repair it under warranty is both unprofessional and disappointing.

I would not recommend Appliances Direct to anyone looking for reliable customer service or support on faulty goods. Be warned: once they have your money, you’re on your own

The most terrible and useless customer…

After few emails we have received a refund

The most terrible and useless customer service of all in the UK. We have sent a return (pick up arranged through Toolstation by EVRI) on 24.09.24. It is 10/10/24 and we have not yet received a refund or even an email from Toolstation. I called (waited over 30 min to et through! I was number 25 in the que), spoke to Liz, she said someone is going to look into it and get in touch with us, but nobody did.

Failed to deliver

We shop online all the time and use numerous delivery services. Most of them has no issues finding us.
Dpd however, failed to deliver two different parcels within one week, saying they couldn't locate our address. They had our mobile numbers, but nobody has contacted me at any time, asking for direction.
The goods that we really needed were not delivered on time and even returned to the seller.

Unreliable and couldn’t care less

I have ordered one item from the website and they sent me completely different item.
I have contacted their customer service, who couldn’t believe it. I had to send them a photo, etc. they agreed to exchange it, I went through it all. And they have resent me the same thing again 🤦‍♀️

Was very disappointed with my trip to…

Was very disappointed with my trip to House of fraser in Bluewater. There was nobody to assist in lingerie section, when I asked, I was told just to find it all by myself. Then when the time came to pay, I was overcharged for one of the items and there wasn't even as much as an apology neither from staff,nor from the manager who was doing the refund. Also, it is now working on no refund basis, credit or exchange only. This is being told to you when you are at the till, paying.

Awful quality

Maidstone store went from bad to worse. Women clothes section just look like a second hand clothes. On a very rare occasion ( And u have to be very lucky) you can find something nice.
The latest disaster was a my daughter’s jumper that’s fell apart after one wear.
