Awful
Awful, lash lift kit didn’t work at all, really disappointed with this. I originally bought it trying to save money by doing a lash lift myself and followed instructions carefully. I tried to do their 3 tries or refund policy, tried their tips very carefully, kit still didn’t work then organised a call with them for the third trial, lash technician cancelled last minute so I had to organise another call,but my wifi didn’t work when it came to the call time and now they’re refusing to give me a refund at all on the kit because I didn’t attend the call, it’s awful, they can cancel last minute but because I had a one time issue connecting I was refused a refund and call. Really do not recommend purchasing from here, was surprised at how bad both the kit and their level of service was.

not great
The blushes I ordered arrived looking used or like they were old, possibly old testers from a shop sent out and the free sample you could select at checkout didn’t turn up. I tried to contact them multiple times, it was hard to get a response. They did eventually give me a refund though.

It was ok
Delivery was normal but chocolate I ordered came in greasy packaging for some reason and some of the bars were actually white, tried to contact them for refund but it took a long time after I emailed them multiple times to receive any response and only received response after posting a review, they said they will give refund.

Awful (scammers)
I would give them 0 stars if possible. Bought stuff that cost a lot of money, delivery costly, box arrived damaged with seal opened, sent photos of the damage and they said to return it, then they refused refund once they received it due to the box being damaged. I have email evidence and proof it arrived damaged that I sent, however, they say they never received an email showing those photos when I know they did as they replied to it. Tried contacting via phone and it’s just a voicemail service, you can’t actually talk to anyone you just have to leave a voicemail and hope they respond. Absolute scammers, extremely disappointed, expected much better service, won’t be ordering from them again. Update:they gave a refund but made it extremely complicated to get it after going through all of that it was only after giving proof and calling them(where it was just voicemail) and consistently emailing and providing lots evidence that they sent it damaged and that I’d already emailed telling them this that they gave a refund.

I have investigated your complaint and can see that you returned Seeking Health Optimal Electrolyte (30 Sticks) Berry to us and the box was damaged, with 1 stick missing. We informed you that it was not returned to in a condition in line with our returns' policy. You subsequently advised that you had informed us that it arrived with you damaged in your inquiry, but the images did not come through to our system and that information was missed. It appeared that you wished to return it due to an ingredient not being suitable. Our customer service team refunded you for the item. Thank you

I really like the pumpkin one but the…
I really like the pumpkin one but the tomato one doesn’t really taste very good and it’s a little expensive for how much you get but filling and fast delivery. I wonder if there would ever be a possibility of using organic or lowering prices/selling in smaller batches.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Erina! It's really helpful! Our Mexican style Red Pepper & Tomato is usually a hit but sorry if we've missed the mark on this occasion.
We are always looking at ways to keep our prices as affordable as possible but it's the veg powders which are adding cost (and value!) to our soups and we are really proud of this - we often use 8 x as much compared to competitors and we source the best quality raw dehydrated vegetable powders for the best nutritional content and flavour. At under £1.70 per portion we really don't want to be compromising further and adding any unnecessary cheap fillers or artificial flavours, sorry! We've explored Organic ingredients and the added cost would push the retail price of the soups above £4 so we've decided to stick with our recipes for now. Thanks again for the support and I'm so pleased you enjoyed our Curried Sweet Potato & Pumpkin Soup!

Amazing
Absolutely great and really good customer service. Package arrived quickly and staff were friendly when I thought it might be used and asked for a replacement one was sent out straight away without any extra costs involved or slow responses. Would recommend
