Long-Time Customer, But This Time Disappointed

I have made many purchases on theoutnet.com over the years and never had a problem, until now. On June 3rd, I placed an order to be delivered to a location just 100 km from their warehouse. Unfortunately, the order status hasn’t changed since day one.
I’ve called customer service multiple times, but each time they only repeat the same answer without offering any real help. It’s very disappointing to feel like they don’t care about resolving this issue.
I hope this gets sorted out soon, as I’ve always had good experiences before.
