Absolutely DIABOLICAL!! Swiftqueue's website is very hard to navigate. The previous NELFT booking system was so EASY and straightforward compared to this new system. WHY make things so much more COMPL... See more

As a first time user of swiftqueue I tried to register but was informed my email address has already been used ? Not so.
Trying to contact them for an answer is nigh on impossible.
Confirmed but not booked
Booked appointment and received the confirmation text, which was a mission itself. When I went for the appointment I was not listed on the ipad therefore I couldn't be seen today, let alone at the time I had booked and confirmed! Why are we relying on technology so heavily when it doesn't even work?
Horrible

Been trying to book an appointment since one month .
It won’t take my log in details
The appointment timing is wrong when…
The appointment timing is wrong when added into iCloud calendar - shows as an hour later than what has been booked. This caused me to miss my appointment.
The receptionist at the phlebotomy…
The receptionist at the phlebotomy section was not helpful at all
I needed to use the toilet urgently after my blood test
She gave me a code it doesn't work
I went to her and she said oh try again
I did try but it doesn't work
She has no patient at that time but refuse to help me
I went to another receptionist at the GP kindly ask she gave me a code which works
I was not happy about the service
The phlebotomy who took my blood was very pleasant lady with good experience
I was there before my actual time because of my job
I defy ANYONE to succesfully change their password
Their website is beyond awful - it was coded by Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder on an off-day...
Very poor
Very poor. Could see appointments. Tried to book but could not get a verification code and ended up booking with NHS by phone. Interestingly Swiftqueue showed probably around 100 plus appointments in my chosen location but NHS operator has no access to that system and could only offer one cancellation or an appointment in two weeks. Clearly the systems do not communicate? Another example of the great private sector not fixing something that wasnt broken in the first place and of course extracting profit from the NHS????
Very frustrating! Arrived for my appointment and as I sat…
Arrived for my appointment and as I sat down I looked at my phone to see I had a text to say your appointment has been cancelled, 13 minutes before scheduled appointment, I was already in the waiting room, phlebotomist said you had 2 appointments on system, one for afternoon, well I’d like to know who made it as I thought nobody could access my swift queue account without a password.
Has this website ceased to function
Has this website ceased to function? Tried repeatedly this morning to connect in order to book a blood test next week. Website not available. Enter my email and password, told invalid. Ask for a re-set via my email, nothing received. How are we now supposed to get a blood test when told to do so by our GP?
Blood test booked in almost a months…
Blood test booked in almost a months time. The afternoon before my due blood test received a text to say it's been cancelled. I rang up and was told I would have to start all over again. Blood test booked again which will make it two months since I saw my GP! THIS is progress? Used to go to a hospital of your choice, take a ticket, take a seat, wait until your number is called, go in and Blood taken, job done. I've come to the conclusion the government wants to destroy the NHS so we all have to pay private healthcare. Awaiting chest x-ray. Dread to think when that will be. Maybe throw the appointment letter in my coffin and I'll read it later 😂
What the hell is going on
What the hell is going on? Swiftqueue used to be excellent and then in January it seems to have all turned to excrement . No past appointments showing, the preferred hospital to book appointment doesn't even appear, so no appointments can be made - you then query about the hospital and it's like it doesn't exist. Swiftqueue are literally impossible to get hold of to find out what's going on. Literally. What the hell do we do? I need to book a blood test.
I wasted annhour andxatill have no idea if Swiftqueue is booking blood tests in Loughton or where.e.
My GP ordered a blood test and said I could have it in Loughton. I looked up on-line and was unable to find any coherent information. Searching under Forest Road health centre there was a badly aligned notice saying testing had moved to another centre in Loughton without giving any address or phone number for it. The web address for booking appointments through Swiftqueue seemed to have lost its end at the side of the screen. ( Photograph of screen available on request). Trying the main Swiftqueue website, I now have lots of information about dozens of sites for blood tests, but there was no mention of Loughton. The main page for Station Road Loughton had a notice saying no appointments were available and please try later. I have wasted several days, and this confusing Web page is completely unchanged.
If Swiftqueue cannot get itself organised to inform GP patients of the address to go for a blood test in Loughton or to offer any appointments they should inform all the relevant GP practices.
I gave one star, but having wasted an hour looking for a way to book and ended up not knowing where tests are held or when any appointments will be released, frankly that is more than the service deserves.
I used Swiftqueue to book an appointment at Heronwood without problems, but it is not until several weeks after the original GP request.
Poor productivity
The swiftqueue stopped walk in blood test. They are only offering blood test by appointment though the centre is nearly empty (2/3 patients), so I can assume that they are not actually releasing enough appointments. In my case, I came to Appleby Medical Centre at 9 am without having an appointment and found out that there is one at 10 am but the centre was nearly empty. I had to wait until 9.50 am to be seen by the staff. I know that one blood test can take at best 5 minutes to complete. So, they can arrange 20 appointments in one hour. But I found that is not the case. They are sitting and talking to each other in between the patients. So, their productivity is not good enough to help us, patients.
Your service is extremely poor,
Your service is extremely poor,
As an older adult I prefer to call to make appointments (ie call a telephone number) - I was on the phone today - initially rated as customer 9 in the que - when I got to 0 - I was cut off and told that the service was closed.
There is no phone number or system seemingly to raise a complaint - I am absolutely appalled/disgusted. You are evidently getting paid a large amount of NHS money for a disgraceful service.

I was 30 minutes early for the appointment and after 5 minutes I was called in for X-Ray. Very good service. Thanks to the charming gentleman radiologist at Hammersmith Hospital.
Excellent service
Very convenient for us at St Michael's Hospital in Braintree. Staff technically proficient ( I am a retired GP) and friendly. Good time keeping. Convenient parking.Used multiple times.
I booked an appointment on blood test…
I booked an appointment on blood test through my GP link. After two weeks I went to the hospital in another part of London. And it was impossible to make it, because this place was not for GP recommendation's!
My gp didn’t tell me about only three hospitals in the list of possibilities…
I lost a lot of times with this cite, how it possible, to make an appointment in wrong place?!
What a useless piece of software
What a useless piece of software. Please shoot the developers. Captcha check just locking.
Why does this not operate a fair cancellation system?
Why does this not operate a cancellation system whereby people who have waited longest (and presumably the blood test is more pressing for) can get notified of a possible earlier slot with a short window to accept or decline? Earliest dates are two weeks away - that is as may be - but as far as I can work out, your only chance is to keep on trying to reschedule to have a look back to see if someone releases one earlier in the queue and while you are doing that, your date is being released! What a stupid and thoughtless system, with the end user being shut out. That only means that someone coming later to the system has a chance of the odd cancellation coming up and you, who have waited longer, miss out. Why isn’t there a cancellation queue, where the people who have been waiting longest and who are happy to take a cancellation and sign up to get notified about them get notification first?
Impossible to book a blood test through…
Impossible to book a blood test through this website - exactly as others have stated - password incorrect - change password and used different browsers 3 times - same problem - incorrect password - Ended up phoning for an appointment - only 18th in queue - booked very quickly and GUESS WHAT - as I am booking with the lady on the phone a message arrives -thanks for booking with Swiftqueue - useless!
Have booked previous blood tests via other website - Sangix and its very quick and efficient but this is extremely frustrating and an absolute waste of time !
