I booked an appointment on blood test…

I booked an appointment on blood test through my GP link. After two weeks I went to the hospital in another part of London. And it was impossible to make it, because this place was not for GP recommendation's!
My gp didn’t tell me about only three hospitals in the list of possibilities…
I lost a lot of times with this cite, how it possible, to make an appointment in wrong place?!

This is unbelievable bad service

This is unbelievable bad service.
I choosen to collect my parcel in the local shop on dpd map. But this point was closed! The sent me a message about it and after that I can’t to change my delivery method!
And dpd returned my parcel to sender!!! I paid 7£ for delivery and I have a biggest nervous longest problem with my gift-(((
