They charged me £100 in taxes & duties for a return of ill-fitted clothing from the UK. What a waste.

Injectables with a true face specialist

Having had injectables with various Doctors I was keen to try Dr Jabir due to his face specialism. His care and attention to detail was apparent upon consultation, but the proof really is in my results. After just a few days from botox, my brows have been lifted and I appear more rejuvenated.

Sly business, beware

Returned immaculate items slightly out of the 14 day period because I don’t have a printer and went on holiday. They then repackaged my items and sent them back to me.
Upon pleading because of the waste of clothes + loss of money there was no decency to help. They’ve not responded to my request of a Complaints Policy and it is clear this is their way of making money rather than authentic business.

If you look on Vinted/Depop you can see many people that are selling brand new items that have fallen victim to this brand.

So happy with my results by Dr Tamsin but also the energy when I come into the clinic.
I’ve been to her for both surgical and non-surgical procedures and wouldn’t go to another clinic.
Everybody is always so helpful over the phone and when I come in

Negligence of customer service and…

Negligence of customer service and functionality. Terrible company hierarchy- purchase with warning.

This stems back to when I initially made the order in September 2021 in the Brent Cross branch. I suggested withholding from ordering until we were set on our house being ready, to which the gentleman said that with ample notice, it could be further delayed.

On 20th January, I called into 0344 481 8028 and spoke with a Sofology customer service member and informed that we were not ready for our sofa. She asked for my details and was very upbeat and assuring that it could be pushed forward; even allowed me to choose the new day. We agreed on a new date. Note, our call got cut-off mid-conversation and she called me back on 0344 481 8181 to complete our conversation. This conversation is not documented anywhere on my profile nor has she even logged our call. This is totally unacceptable because of the detrimental impact it has had on me.

On 1st February I received a call from a gentleman called Dale from the ‘delivery team’
asking when I was ready to receive my sofa. I fedback my situation (previous phonecall with said Sofology member who amended my date) and he said there was nothing he could do, and confirmed he was new. So, I requested to speak with his manager. He advised he would feedback my situation to his manager instead. He then called back reiterating the 21 days policy. I asked if I could speak with his manager Danielle (to familiarise her with my concern)and he said she would call me back in 2 days. I never got a call back (7 months on). Whilst I appreciate policy’s, I would assume any manager has a duty of care to a) follow up on their words b) listen to a customers concern. Not even an effort to listen back to the call I had with a Sofology representative.

I went into Brent Cross store so considering this is where my purchase was made. I was further deflected and told it wasn’t ‘up to him’, and it was only when I asked for a bit of empathy and made suggestions of how I can speak to the right person, that he let me know of a customer service department.

Whilst I appreciate there are different elements to Sofology, any customer should not feel that they’re bouncing between various managers trying to seek their own solution.

Mostly, there needs to be accountability for the conversation I had with a Sofology team member who has confirmed and approved my new order date. This new delivery date was no arranged due to ‘personal inconvenience’, but out of care for my new costly sofa as my floors weren’t laid.

I even wrote an email headed to the manager Danielle Taylor- nothing. Just a customer service messenger responded.

My sofa was delivered at a completely bad time. I received no contact from any management. The delivery men were shocked at the condition in which they had to deliver my sofa.

Upon opening the sofa (months later when ready), it was missing legs. Also, the care kit i had asked for the salesman to add to my order wasn’t there and hadn’t been ordered. Why should I have to go back to store to purchase this!?

It appears the managers have no experience with complaint handling and probably just enjoy the title and no doubt just dictating to the staff under them.

Very poor from such a large company who should have the funds and staffing to care for their customers.

I could not be happier

So I started with a mummy makeover last year and now I’ve started having some treatments in their pretty sister clinic on Crawford Street. My bod looks amazing. I could not recommend this centre enough!! Ive had had consistent great service throughout. My botox is exactly how I explained to nurse Alexys, and my Smootheye treatment has got me so many compliments from people.
It has opened my eyes (excuse the pun) to surgery and treatments- why would I not make some tweaks if I’ve got the guarantee of this amazing team of experts. I’m looking into what I could have next…
