It's a worst app we booked tkt of 20 sep from Seattle to los Angeles and a stay of 5 days in los Angeles and then on 25 sep to delhi
They changed it to reaching 20 sep to los Angeles from Seattle and on 21 to delhi
We had booked hotels tours of five days in los Angeles wat about that
Wen we tried and talked they said it's airlines issue we can't help
Wat for they are
And wen we talked to airlines they did in two minutes
Inspite of so many calls mmt didn't helped
And then blocked my app now

Don't order forex cards from MMT and Book My Forex
Don't order forex cards from MMT. I had a terrible experience. Despite promising one-day delivery and debiting the customer (after putting in your pinched and receiving confirmation of order) they tell me that my location is not serviceable by the delivery partner with no instructions or help on how to proceed. Now they're asking the customer to coordinate with the delivery partner themselves to come halfway to pick the card up.
There are far better and more reliable services for forex, don't go through Make My Trip/ Book My Forex.

Fire your customer care people at once. Make your IVR call center more customer friendly by adding direct talk to representative.

I would have given -100 for the way they manipulate our review. I have given the review on my experience (you can see my previous review in this page itself with my same ID) and I responded to their query with all the documents but Trust Pilot has not published that in this conversation. Is Trust Pilot also a fack and propaganda driven company? Never expected to be precise.

I booked a room for Chikahldara on 13.9.25 but they gave me a 8 bed dormitory. I along with my wife and my two kids were very upset yesterday. The dormitory they gave me was also very dirty. I paid Rs.9900 but I could not stay in that property. I had to take another hotel. Their customer care people also did not help. Worst Experience, Dont Trust MMT.
I and my family have been a regular MakeMyTrip users for all our travel bookings, but my recent experience has been extremely Bad. My husband has been booked a flight for me, through MMT. Unfortunately, my travel was cancelled due to delayed of my flight. Airline people told me, they will refund the full amount,
(Airline people told : if it is more than two hours delayed, we get full refund. its the rule of airline). My flight was delayed morethan 4 hrs. So Airline staff cancelled my ticket and promised me for full refund and started process for refund.
My hasband and I have called MMT customer care lot of times for refund. But we didnt get any solution. I have the copy of mails and refund request by airline.
Even though airline requested for refund, MMT keeping customers money without any shame. (I have received all the screen shots of requests and mail by airline). It is completely unfair to charge customers when the cancellation and delayed of flights were beyond their control. I have not received any proper response from MMT.
If everyone should come front and give a complaint to customer court, may be they will stop cheating the customers. Anyway I'm going to customer court.

Prince gave the worst support
Prince — that is the name of the so-called representative who single-handedly turned my entire customer service experience into a nightmare. After booking tickets from Delhi to London worth ₹7 lakh, I called multiple times for assistance, and every single time the call was picked up by this man. Instead of helping, he arrogantly and deliberately kept transferring me back to the IVR — not once, not twice, but a shocking 17 times.
This behavior is not just unprofessional, it is insulting, careless, and downright disgraceful. Prince did not even bother to hear my concern for a second. His attitude reflects complete negligence and disrespect towards customers, and such behavior should never be tolerated in a service industry.
Spending lakhs on flight tickets only to be treated like this is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly demand strict action against Prince for his shameful conduct. If this is how your staff behaves, then customers deserve to know the truth before wasting their hard-earned money.

MMT Charging convenience fee for making inconvinience to Customer
I have been a regular MakeMyTrip user for all my travel bookings, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. For my Europe Business Trip, I booked a flight through MMT. Unfortunately, the booking was cancelled by the airline without any valid reason, even though it was not my fault.
This forced me to book another ticket at a much higher price, causing huge inconvenience. To make things worse, while processing the refund, MMT still deducted the convenience fee. It is completely unfair to charge customers when the cancellation was beyond their control.
Despite raising this issue, I have not received any proper response from MMT. This is unacceptable from a reputed travel platform, and it has shaken my trust in their service.
I strongly urge MMT to address such unfair practices and refund the deducted amount. Customers deserve fair treatment and accountability.

Unprofessional and Lack of support and solution
Dealing with MakeMyTrip has been extremely inconvenient, especially when trying to make amendments after purchasing tickets through them. I have called more than 50 times without receiving any solution. I wanted to change my ticket, and they charged me $540, but then they failed to send me the revised ticket. The next day, I was informed that they were unable to make the changes and provided me with unconvincing excuses.
They claim they cannot return calls to international numbers, which raises the question: if they can't call, why cater to the international market? Every time I call, I speak to a different representative, and I have to explain my situation from the beginning each time. None of them provide any solutions. They promise to call back or assure me that a supervisor will reach out, but no one ever follows up.
I truly believe that dealing with MakeMyTrip has been the biggest mistake of my life. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Worst of the worst
A very bad company with a very bad customer service, their website just got a glitch causing the ticket to be issued as a one way instead of a round trip, and even the 1 way is on the return date, and when I called them, their reply is that it's not changeable or refundable, even the seats I picked were canceled.

I booked the tickets from MakeMyTrip. The airline cancelled the flight without any reason, and I booked a very expensive flight later. On top of that, MakeMyTrip cut his convenience fee by 2000 INR and troubled him a lot for a refund.

HOTEL THROUGH Makemytrip
I book a hotel through makemy trip and paid 2700 to MMT when i went to hotel i don’t found any facility which was showing on MMT. I never checked in hotel but MMT showing that I’m checked in and checked out. When i ask for refund MMT customer care send ask from hotel to return the money. Fake site and fake review. Don’t trust on them.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience.
I had one of the most disappointing experiences with MakeMyTrip customer care. I had booked a return ticket (Delhi–London) with Emirates and requested a date modification more than 2 months in advance. I travled to london for patner's cancer treatment but wanted to spent Diwali with my family. For the same reasons I also requested to waiveoff modification charges if possible.
Instead of handling the case promptly or giving me clarification, the customer care team stalled my request for over a month without any clear resolution. Now, because of their delays, the fare difference has shot up to over 5x(from 6-7k initial offer to 40k), especially with the Diwali peak period approaching.
This situation is not the result of natural fare hikes — it is entirely due to MakeMyTrip’s negligence and lack of timely response. Had my request been processed when I first raised it, I would not be facing such an inflated cost.
Their behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and empathy, especially considering that this was a medical travel case. Even after escalating, I’ve received no satisfactory response.
I strongly caution anyone booking through MakeMyTrip — once they have your money, customer service is slow, unhelpful, and unaccountable. I expected a reputed platform to value customers, still awaiting there response as I aksed for esclation.

MMT Mistake - Customer is Penalised...
I was denied check-in at the booked hotel due to ownership change (not updated on MMT). Though I later realized I hadn’t purchased Trip Secure, I felt the pain and stress could have been considered with more empathy. Policies are important, but so is customer care. This experience makes me rethink trusting MMT for future travel.
