Atrocious organisation

Atrocious organisation. I booked a hotel for my daughter's trip to Dubai and when they arrived the hotel (IBIS) was closed. No advice and an awful and protracted attempt to get the payment reimbursed. Never going anywhere near these cowboys again....

Be very careful.....very poor

I would urge huge caution about this organisation. I had asked for help in writing the autobiography for my 89 year old father
before his 90th birthday in July. I was introduced to a journalist who seemed credible and spent months getting my father to download his life, ahead of the journalist creating a narrative that we could print as a gift to family. Just as we were ready to get started, the 'freelancer' asked if we could work outside of the organisation because of a problem she was having with the organisation.
I said I wanted to stay with the Freelancer company and reported it through their customer complaint system (a process that makes you lose the will to live) and their allocated Customer Service rep Frieda (sic) advised me that the only way to get my $1k deposit back, was to ask the journalist who had tried to screw them to give me permission.....what was a gesture of loyalty from me, became a problem for me. Completely uncaring and a shirk of responsibilities. Incredibly poor!

We had a problem with a delivery and…

We had a problem with a delivery and had to complain to Appleyard about the level of service. To be fair the speed and attitude of resolving our concerns was incredible and they have turned an unhappy customer into an advocate. Well done guys!
