MMT Mistake - Customer is Penalised...
I was denied check-in at the booked hotel due to ownership change (not updated on MMT). Though I later realized I hadn’t purchased Trip Secure, I felt the pain and stress could have been considered with more empathy. Policies are important, but so is customer care. This experience makes me rethink trusting MMT for future travel.
