Change of Date

This is the first time I made a booking to Make my trip and its been a nightmare, I had requested for the date change from my ticket from Bangalore to Dubai and Dubai to Red Sea Airport. The Original date was on the 5th October 2025 and requested them to make the change for 11th October 2025, i got the link to make the payment of SAR 595.00 and did the same immediately and was informed that the new ticket will be issued in 6 hours, now it 5 Days i have still not received any update from Make my trip, and always i speak to any agent they just tell please wait for 24 Hours. I have been a regular traveler for my than 25 years i have not faced any such issue, I would not recommend any one to use make my trip for any sort of bookings.
The Staff are very irresponsible

Refund issue

Fridelent app. I was their regular customer. Sometimes I face checking problems. But this time i was making a booking and got unsuccessful but they take money from my card and now its been not refund. No emails reply from their side. Customer service Calls pickup waiting time is horrible.
As per my bank they didn’t initiated any refund. Be careful booking from this app.

I’m completely not satisfied and unhappy with Make My Trip. I book a flight from Dubai to Davao. We transit flight to Manila. I chose the trip with luggage however they booked my ticket separately without informing me!! It’s without luggage so I have to pay for 370 dirham extra. I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip and the hotel booked through them. The property was listed as a 5-star, but the reality was completely different.
• The room was dirty and unhygienic.
• The handwash liquid bottle was fraudulently filled with water.
• Bedsheets were stained and had to be replaced only after I insisted.
• Most importantly, I was promised an AC room, but the room allotted had no AC at all.

The condition was so bad that I could not even stay inside the hotel and had to sit outside. Despite paying a high amount (₹27,280), the experience was stressful and unacceptable.

I raised a refund request and even lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No. 7772941), but MakeMyTrip has not resolved it yet. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is extremely disappointing.

I strongly caution others to double-check before booking through MakeMyTrip.

Fraudulent MMT

Guys, beware of this fraudulent website. They cancelled my booking at the last minute stating that the Flight got cancelled. When I checked with the Airlines, the flight was on schedule and it was not cancelled. With such fraudulent tricks, they are selling the tickets at higher costs at the last minute.

I booked a ticket with MakeMyTrip using FareLock for my friend, but the system locked the ticket under my name instead of the selected passenger. This happened twice due to their website issue. When I contacted customer care, instead of helping, the representative (Ms. Anushka) was rude and blamed me for the error. They refused to refund the amount despite it being their fault. Very disappointing service – feels like fraud. Beware before booking with them!

I am a MMT black platinum customer and…


I am a MMT black platinum customer and have booked a property Janz Eden Bay under the booking id NH73042430551540 on 10th to 12th October trusting MakeMyTrip. To my surprise the hotel is under renovation and couldnot able to provide me a room for my upcoming trip. Hence I raised a concern to customer care. They took 2 hours to validate that the hotel is really undergoing serious renovation issues and it won't be possible to accommodate. But still the property is sellable at front-end and this is totally unacceptable. A property which is under construction or renovation can't be showcased as sellable. Screenshot attached FYR. One customer care associate in the name of Sankalp Singh tried connecting with me for suggesting alternate property and I want to take up the room as suggested below by your call center staff. Hotel Trigon is what I require and I have asked him to proceed further with my booking. Customer Care came back to me saying this property is not reachable and I took initiative by asking him to be placed on hold and took the website number of the hotel as it matches in Google as well. He later told me sir as we tried it's still unreachable so we can't validate google number. This is pathetic. All they were keen to again provide a dirty hotel as an alternate and to make me suffer. Later one more customer care agent said that we will refund entire amount of Rs. 12848/- and you book a hotel which is Rs. 10000 extra and we will refund you 10000 post checkout. How can I take this as a consideration where the team failed in all the aspect to provide an alternate. How can they bluntly cheat like this? Defintely if I don't get any resolution by end of the day I am going to escalate it to the next level. The horrible part is still the rejected property is selling rooms in your MakeMyTrip platform.

I booked a return flight from doha to cairo on 24 June 2025, and paid 2015 QAR.
The airline cancelled my flight.
When I request refund make my trip return 817 QAR and told me that the airline cancellation fees 1020 QAR.
I deserve full refund because the airline cancelled my flight not me.
What can I do to return my money?
Who can help me about this matter?
