Trip was cancelled by hotel, but make my trip is not aware of that.
Customer care is terminating the call.

Hit with insurance cost and emptied by…

Hit with insurance cost and emptied my safety deposit. I had 200 euro for safety deposit and when I extended the rental by a day that cost me all of my safety( still vehicle rent for the day : 40 euros, rest in the name of insurance they took it).

I was trying to create a business…

I was trying to create a business account. I was requested to make a 50 euro deposit. I have done that. Due to a documentation issue my account making was not successful. Now I don't see the 50 euro balance and I have not received it to my source bank. Customer care is not reachable ....Disappointed....

Worst Airlines ever.

Worst Airlines ever.
I missed my connecting flight just because of the first flight delayed. I was left without any care. No hotel or no new flight ticket. Asked to pay 750 euro to new next replacement flight cost. Last time stepped into a Turkish Airlines.

Scam on roaming minutes.

I went to taiwan and I got two incoming calls.


The call was about duration 2 mins per each.

I have been charged 4.14 mins for both calls.
LITERALLY SAME DURATION 4.14MINS FOR BOTH CALLS.

IF YOU EVER USING ABROAD TRIPS DON'T BUY THIS SIM.

SCAM.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to read that you've made costs outside your bundle.

When you're outside of zone 1 area, it's possible that you have to pay extra for getting called. Even if you don't pick up the phone, the call will be forwarded to voicemail. This could be the reason that the costs have been charged. I recommend that you switch off your voicemail as soon as you travel outside the zone 1 area. This way you won't make costs by getting called.

I understand you were not aware of this. I would like to see if I can reimburse the costs for once. I would have to discuss this with the finance department. Could you send us an email to webcare@simyo.nl with your personal data and a reference to this review? I can not promise anything yet, but I would like to see what's possible :).

Best DATA plan in NL

SIMYO has the cheapest DATA plan in the Netherlands.
I got 40 GB for 16 Euro or something (i got via a promotion) .
The speed also good.

Works as said / perfectly within Nederland.
Data Didn't work in France.
Really dissapointed.

You should be able to use your bundles in France. I advise to contact our customor service the next time your data isn't working so that we can see what the issue is and help you fix this :).

Literally lying customer service…

Literally lying customer service agents.

I had a cancelled flight and i can't request to refund to the airline because i purchased the ticket via super saver. So i requested to initiate process via mail and via phone. After that i waited 2 months and called often. EVERYTIME MY CALL ANSWERING PERSON LIED THAT PROCESS IS HAPPENING AND I HAVE TO WAIT. EVERYTIME. At some point i was angry and asked for document then i come to know they didn't do that yet. So for the all calls i made in past months call agent lied and i feel very very angry and humiliated. DON'T EVER GO VIA THIS COMPANY TO BUY TICKETS.
