Title: MakeMyTrip Bus Booking Fraud – Overcharged, Denied Boarding, Harassed
I paid ₹3105 (Booking ID NU710391135447374) for a Delhi–Udaipur sleeper bus.
Instead of a premium service, I got harassment, filth, and fraud:
No bus details given, made to call multiple numbers
Denied boarding, asked to pay ₹3000 extra, misbehaved with
Finally given a filthy berth with gutkha wrappers, bidi buds, used blanket
Same seat was sold at ₹1350 elsewhere – MMT charged 2.5x more
This is scam + consumer fraud. I demand refund, compensation, and action against such operators. If ignored, I’ll escalate legally.
DO NOT trust MMT for bus bookings.
