We booked a family stay at Lego Hotel…

We booked a family stay at Lego Hotel through MakeMyTrip.com. Upon arrival, we were shocked to learn that the hotel had no record of our booking, even though MakeMyTrip had already charged our credit card and sent us the confirmation.

I immediately called their customer service, twice. Each time I received the same scripted response: “We’ll work on this and call you back in 30 minutes.” After the first call we got no response. When I called again, an agent named Gitika answered and asked me to put her directly in touch with the hotel receptionist. I then discovered she was only asking for the hotel’s reservation number, this is something the company should already have.

When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told none were available.

This experience completely ruined our arrival and caused unnecessary stress for my family. Please be careful, a “confirmed” booking on MakeMyTrip.com doesn’t necessarily mean the hotel has your reservation.

👉 Stay away from this company — your travel plans are at your own risk.

I cannot recommend their internet…

I cannot recommend their internet service. Over the past few weeks our connection has been terrible, and their technical support has been no help. They waste your time by asking you to take the picture of your router and send. Total waste of time. Think twice before choosing Virgin for your internet.

I cant recommend them at all

I cant recommend them. They are becoming new fiverr. The designers have ways around. Customer service is useless. Getting your money back is another issue. You need to handover the copies of your id (I dont personally trust them), take pictures with codes etc.

It's a scam

It's a scam. I bought a product on August, 24th. The code they gave did not exist. When I wrote them the answer was let us contact with this person that person etc.
After that I exchanged 5 to 6 emails and their response is always the same
They are trying to buy time to scam more people.

The company has some good products but…

The company has some good products but they have a terrible customer service. They lost my order twice, and not even a single apology for it. Despite the fact that I kept reminding them about putting my details correctly on the parcel they still managed to lose the next order.

Ordered 3 packets of goat milk from…

Ordered 3 packets of goat milk from Australia and had them delivered via Aramex' Shop and Ship. I was out with my daughter on the day the package was delivered and did not hear the miss call (there was only one at 11:41). At 15:00, I arrived home and found the items in the heat outside my door. It's August 20th and the temperature is 46 degrees. We also had our nanny at home in addition to my wife. All it would take is someone to ring the bell and the package will be taken.

After calling to complain, I was met with the attitude of the employee at the call center. I asked to speak with the supervisor (Majdaline) to hear that my items were not damaged, so what is the problem? By the way she also said that if the item is damaged they would refund. In other words, they only think they are finished once they refund you the money. Bringing the same item back takes 15 to 20 days. It is not even considered what my daughter will drink all this time. Your perishable items may be damaged, but the money is refunded, so what's the problem? This is the attitude.

I wish i could rate them below zero. They sold me a product and the item delivered is completely different. It was a Chinese knock off version that did not even look like the original piece.

We moved from Dubai to Abu Dhabi so I…

We moved from Dubai to Abu Dhabi so I tried to change my address on the application and it was not possible. Called to request help, level of customer service, helpline's attitude towards solving the problem was below 0. Informed the person that I have a parcel on the way and she kept saying "if you changed your address you must delete your account and create a new one". After trying for 5 mins, she realized that I have parcel on the way, then she told me that if I want to change the delivery place I had to call them and request it.
I kept telling her that I am already on the line why would I call back to change it later on?
This was the most useless 10 minutes of my life, trying to explain I need my parcel to be delivered to my new address. In the end I asked for the manager and she told me that the manager will call me later on and the conversation ended. Write a note, put it in a bottle and cast it into the ocean, you will have higher chances of someone reaching out to you then someone calling you back from Shop and Ship.

Stay away from this bank

Stay away from this bank. They waste your time. I have been waiting one of their corporate banking reps to call me for a month. This is 2022 and they call this a service. Hey, by the way you cant also go to any of their branches to open a corporate account. So simply you are stuck waiting someone to call you. Forget about it. I wish I could give 0 star.
