I booked a room for Chikahldara on 13.9.25 but they gave me a 8 bed dormitory. I along with my wife and my two kids were very upset yesterday. The dormitory they gave me was also very dirty. I paid Rs.9900 but I could not stay in that property. I had to take another hotel. Their customer care people also did not help. I asked them for help for 3 hours yesterday but they did not help at all, they are very useless, make my trip. The are not giving my money retun
