Very bad service

Reminder
I didn't get any update yet.
My booking ID is:

I booked a return flight from doha to cairo on 24 June 2025, and paid 2015 QAR.
The airline cancelled my flight.
When I request refund make my trip return 817 QAR and told me that the airline cancellation fees 1020 QAR.
I deserve full refund because the airline cancelled my flight not me.
What can I do to return my money?
Who can help me about this matter?
Don't book on this website again

Keep away to be safe

I advice any one to avoid this site.
I have very bad experience with them.
No contact number, they have only auto chat and email with no reply at all.
I booked on 5 June, I discovered a mistake in passenger's name, I asked them to correct name, the agent said only one letter missed no problem you can travel, no need to correct the passenger's name.
Then I contacted Airline and they said it's not allowed to travel with any wrong name at all.
Then I asked butgetair to correct the passenger's name.
Then I asked me to send Passport copy.
I sent passport copy.
They asked me to pay 365 usd as fees to correct passenger's name.
I asked them to send payment link.
They said we can't correct name.
You can cancel booking and rebook with correct names.
I contacted airline they asked to add my contract details in booking to proceed name correction.
I'm waiting butgetair one full day waiting their reply on chat or email.
I can lose my booking cost because of their delay officer.
I don't how can I solve this issue.

very bad experience

Update: the link isn't working

I have a very bad experience with web.lunorewards.com.
I sign up on this website 22nd of May 2024.
I recharged my account balance and completed my tasks and withdraw my balance to my wallet.
when I get lucky orders I have to recharge the required amount to complete my tasks.
During this long period I recharged a huge amount of money via my Binance wallet and every time I recharge any amount I have to send screenshot to customer service to confirm my deposit.
Every day I complete my 20 tasks.
When I delay in Deposit a required recharge amount I got 5 extra tasks added to my account Then I asked customer service Why? She said that happened because of my delay in deposit my required recharge amount and maximum tasks of order is 25.
When I finished my 25 tasks I got extra 2 tasks, When I asked why? She said the system triggered these 2 tasks because of I got 2 super lucky orders.
When I completed 27 tasks The customer service told me that I have to pay 7125 USDT as a personal income tax.
When I paid the required tax amount She told me that my account is under the risk and I have to verify my account.
1st verification is to record a video holding my national ID.
Then I have to send a copy of my national ID.
the 2nd verification is I have to pay 30 % of my account balance that amount = 22923 USDT.
I told them that I'm ready provide any documents required to verify that I'm the owner of the account such as my national address certificate, registration certificate issued by communication company which prove that I'm the owner of my phone number and my bank account statement they said you have to cooperate with us to solve your account security problem and without your payment of 22923 USDT your funds will be frozen and you can't withdraw.
I need your advice what can I do to withdraw my funds?
When I tried to visit the link you sent I got a massage said: "sorry you have blocked".
I can't contact your team.

I made booking on 17 of April.
Till now after 48 hours no ticket issued.
I contact them by email they said that your booking isn't confirmed yet.
I asked them to refund my amount.
I am waiting their reply.

How long time I have to wait till this site process my refund request?
live chat is only for booking not for other services.
No way to direct contact on their site.
I need someone from this company to answer me about these questions.
I advice anyone don't book with them.

I submit this request on 29 Nov 2021.
On 3 Dec 2021 I got this email: We would like to inform you that we have received confirmation of the cancellation of your booking 19116132, number CA-104384.
On 16 Dec. 2021 I got this email: Your request that was generated for the booking 19116132 has been logged in our system with the number CA-104384 and will be handled by one of our agents.
On 22 Mar. 2022 I got this email: We confirm that your cancellation request CA-104384 has not been completed, as we have not received your confirmation via MyTrips.
On 12 Apr. at 3:51 pm I got this email: In reference to your query regarding your reservation, we inform you that the cancellation of the same was not processed since you have not responded to the email where we request confirmation of the cancellation according to terms and conditions.
However, we can proceed with the cancellation of the same, due to airline conditions.

The penalty for cancellations is 55 EUR per ticket + 50 EUR administration fee.

The remaining amount of your ticket will be refunded to the same payment method with which you made the reservation

On 12 Apr. at 05:08 PM I got this email: In reply to your request, We inform you that you must follow the steps and accept the conditions of the ticket to cancel.

the airline cancelled my booking.
When I contact opodo team, They ask me to provide the opodo booking reference number, then they can't find my booking, How like this? I don't understand.
I tried their online chat many times, and every time they return to the same point.
when will they refund my booking?
