Very disappointing experience with refund and follow up!!!

Very disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip UAE !!!!!
It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my refund. My booking is for next month, yet there has been no update or follow-up from their team. The amount I paid is not small, and the wrong hotel was booked due to an error on their page. I contacted the hotel directly, and they confirmed that I need to deal with MakeMyTrip — but customer service has been very slow and unresponsive. This is really disappointing, and I hope someone from the team reaches out to me soon to resolve this issue.
