NEVER USE KIWI.COM EVER

I HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED MY BOOKING REFERENCE - U JUST NEED TO READ THE MESSAGE CAREFULLY. NEVER USE KIWI.COM - KIWI is the worst ever platform to buy tickets or trust their services. They are not at all customer friendly. All they know is how to take customers money and never support when needed. The help desk is pathetic and not supportive, also you can only chat, but no direct numbers are provided to speak to them. They are not at all solution friendly. I would request all of u to AVOID using services from KIWI.COM. I have had a very bad experience with them and so have others known to me. I have raised the issue since 25th September and until today 9th Oct haven't received any support or solution. I am fed up and applied for refund as I did not get the support needed. Booking number: 625 629 389. Hope the refund is don't without deductions or any other stunts that you guys may have up your sleeves.

Unprofessional and Lack of support and solution

Dealing with MakeMyTrip has been extremely inconvenient, especially when trying to make amendments after purchasing tickets through them. I have called more than 50 times without receiving any solution. I wanted to change my ticket, and they charged me $540, but then they failed to send me the revised ticket. The next day, I was informed that they were unable to make the changes and provided me with unconvincing excuses.

They claim they cannot return calls to international numbers, which raises the question: if they can't call, why cater to the international market? Every time I call, I speak to a different representative, and I have to explain my situation from the beginning each time. None of them provide any solutions. They promise to call back or assure me that a supervisor will reach out, but no one ever follows up.

I truly believe that dealing with MakeMyTrip has been the biggest mistake of my life. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
