There’s no way to cancel an order and get your money back, even if the order never arrives. On top of that, they’ll charge you an extra cancellation fee.
I placed an order through Glovo that was delayed by almost an hour beyond the estimated delivery time and still hadn’t arrived. I contacted support to cancel, and a Glovo representative assured me I would receive a full refund. However, not only did I not get my money back, but they also charged me a cancellation fee on top of it.

Awwful service. Drivers never call or ring, the app just marks “arriving” but when I went to the door, no one was there. Two orders canceled with no contact.-No sms,phone or email support — even the address online bounces back. Deleting the app. Customers, beware.

I ordered 2 times. No problem. The third time I ordered. They accepted the order and 15 minutes later the restaurant cancelled because closed. 3 week waiting now to have a refund. 2 times already I claimed my money back. 2 times the same answer. It will take a few days. A few days is not 3 weeks . So no more glove for me.

Glovo: The app that turns hunger into a nightmare.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered at 1:00 AM, promised delivery in 50 minutes. At 2:15, the ETA magically jumped to 3:15.
I tried to contact support — surprise! You can’t talk to anyone while the order is “in preparation.” The only thing you can do is cancel… and then they charge you anyway.
After canceling, I finally got to speak with not one, but two “agents”:
The first one closed the chat in my face after saying no refund.
The second opened a “case” with Glovo’s assistance team — and they told me I had to go in person to a government office in Barcelona and file an official report just to get my money back. Even after I refused, they keep sending me standard copy-paste replies, sometimes even in Portuguese, without ever answering my actual questions.
It’s now six days later, and I’m still stuck in this loop of automated nonsense.
Glovo’s customer service is a black hole of responsibility. Once something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
No help, no refund, no respect.
Save yourself the pain — delete this app before it ruins your night too.

Never had such an issue with any subscription service that was charged when I forgot to cancel it. Pure scam. Additionally, there is no support chat anymore so your request can be pending for forever. Never again

Cheap application and never order from this application if you are hungry because they will never deliver your food. I have experience the worst thing about this application.

Absolutely appalling service and customer treatment. I've never experienced something like this, and I've been using glovo for ages in many different countries. I was told the order will arrive in 85-95 minutes. It's been 3.5 hours, and no one came here!!! I was in touch with your absolutely agents (online and on the phone - are they even humans?), and they kept repeating he's just there, almost there for almost 2h. They couldn't tell me where exactly, THEY NEVER APOLOGISED, they were rude, especially the last one, she literally made me hung up on her. I have cancer, I cannot lift anything as I've just had surgery, I cannot walk anywhere and they showed ZERO empathy, not even a little bit of understanding. Appalling and makes me sick how I was just treated by your company. I dont have words. I want my money back for the order and for the prime that I want to resign from immediately. I'm never going to use Glovo again. What a f*** shame shame shame.
The courier was 70 minutes late
The courier was 70 minutes late. I had to look for him using the map in the app because he couldn’t even enter the estate for 20 minutes. The order arrived completely cold. The compensation offered was 25% of the total order value (not just the food, but including the courier’s fee and service charge) — ridiculous.
Next time I’ll just cancel the order so you lose 100%. I tried to help — I was literally looking for this guy around the estate — and in return I got cold food and a pathetic refund, which I refused. It’s not about the money, it’s about respect for the customer.
I placed an order with cash payment
I placed an order with cash payment, received the order and paid the driver + tip. An hour later a second driver appeared with a duplicate order which I rejected as I had already received and paid for the order. I checked my app and only 1 order was placed and recorded. After that I lost the ability to pay with cash and when I used my credit card, they deducted the cost of the duplicate order. I made a complaint but the Glovo assistant insisted that I was in arrears and I owed them the cost. I have cancelled my account and removed the app and will never be using Glovo again.
Avoid This App – Terrible Customer Service and Shady Practices
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had — if you can even call it that. There’s no way to contact a real person anymore. They’ve removed the live chat and phone support. Now, you're stuck messaging a chatbot that takes hours (or longer) to respond and never actually helps.
Serious warning: If you place an order over €60, they may claim there was a payment error. When you try again, they charge you twice oh and good luck getting your money back. They simply keep the money and ignore your complaints.
There is no accountability, no support, and no resolution. This app is not trustworthy and should be avoided at all costs.

Charged twice, no refund
On Saturday evening requested delivery, included cash payment. Got on call with delivery guy with different app and went to meet him on street, took an order, paid with cash. On Monday was charged with delivery with card because Glovo canceled delivery as it took on their opinion too long… As result, I had no receipt as it is rubbish, charged twice for same order, support didn’t even tried to contact delivery guy and told me that they will not refund delivery. If you want to eat in Montenegro - just go out. I wish it was only one time thing…

Omg this is the biggest scam app. These guys are cheats, thieves, scammers, fraudsters and all the other words i can use. If this was in the US they would have got multiple lawsuits and would have been in court by now. I placed an order, the delivery guy made no attempt to contact us; we were waiting right outside the building and he dint even show up. They stole my groceries, customer care refused to help and charged me for my order and they have the audacity to blame me when they are running a scam shop. What is the government doing with such fraudsters. We should start a movement to get this business closed! PLESE AVOID AT ALL COST.

Serbia. They charged the same order twice. Second time just withdraw money from my connected card two months later. I'm trying to explain that that specific order (they gave me num of order) is already charged, but I keep constantly receiving automatised responses and see that they don't have any attention for solving this problem.
