My order didn't arrive so I reported…

My order didn't arrive last night so I reported it. My account has since been blocked, glovo won't tell me why outside of 'there are concerns about activity on your account's (I've only ever used it to order take outs so I'm not sure what 'suspicious' activity could be happening). They've asked me to send over personal details such as pictures of my I.D and parts of my credit card to try to unblock the account (but it's not guaranteed) and this is all via email. Since when does someone need your passport to order a Burger King? Glovo are refusing to refund me. Uber eats all the way in future!
