Disaster Order and Zero Support

Never again. My order arrived as a complete disaster — totally inedible, and we had to throw the entire order in the bin. I provided pictures and a full explanation of what happened, but they clearly didn’t care. Instead, I just received a generic message saying they “can’t help” but will “use my complaint for learning purposes.” What a waste of money, time, and nerves.

Absolutely the best plant-based…

Absolutely the best plant-based supplements in the market. B12, Omega 3 and Clean Protein are my everyday helpers for a second year. Will never switch to any other company. The customer service were extremely helpful, appreciate you guys!

The payments doesn't go through

The payments doesn't go through, tried from phone, laptop, dofferent browsers, wasted hours. Very weird experience, never had such issues with the UK Lookfantastic website.

Long waiting time, not 100% fast and safe

Long waiting time. 45 minutes of waiting at the airport and then 30 minutes at the bus without driver. So at the night I went to the Hoppa information and just then they started to move faster. Disssapointemt

The biggest mistake in business world - SewingUK

I ordered Singer4423 from SewingUK, they sent me USED sewing machine in VERY bad condition. I called and wrote to customer service and they explained me what it was just a mistake, they sent me sewing the machine from the ShowRoom. Then I Surely decided to return Sewing Machine back and they still haven't returned me a refund and they never contacted me. I called them today and a woman on the phone promised to call back in 20 minutes.... But she didn't and I call to customer service again but too late, they work till 5pm.
So their service and company is the biggest mistake in the business world. They promise and never do, the customer service team is rude. They don't respect theirs customers...
I've never saw such a indifference and lack of tact in UK. Shame on you Sewing UK! I will never recommend you to my friends.
