BS response from support about Terms of service claiming that no subscription refund is provided unless you cancel it two days prior.
Never had such an issue with any subscription service that was charged when I forgot to cancel it. Pure scam. Additionally, there is no support chat anymore so your request can be pending for forever. Never again
